After being seated no exaggeration waited 15 minutes for bartender to ask us what we wanted. Blueberry Cream Ale . We were also considering the food menu but when we walked in, platters of food were ready for service but for some reason not brought to the table for over 20 minutes or so. The ambiance is a nice Beer brewery atmosphere including outdoor seating. Otherwise a really nice establishment to grab some beer and food. No thanks ! Although after writing this review while drinking our beer , the bartender turned out to be a decent guy who took some time with an explaining his beers and offering some tastings. Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience from start to finish. I ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos, but they weren't anything like traditional bang bang shrimp. They tasted more like shrimp in a sweet chili sauce, which wasn't what I was expecting. We also ordered the Cheese Steak Egg Rolls, and they tasted as though they had been fried in old oil. The atmosphere made the experience even worse. There were several couples with about seven children, and the kids were extremely loud throughout our entire meal. No one attempted to quiet them down, making it difficult for my daughter and me to have a conversation. We even noticed the couple seated behind us ask to be moved outside because they were clearly bothered by the noise as well. To top it off, after our food was served, our waitress never came back to check on us or ask if everything was okay. Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere did not meet our expectations, and unfortunately, we left disappointed. read more

Snitz has become one of our local faves! Their battered fish and smash burgers are yummy! Creative seasonal cocktails. Inside or out seating is good. Just watch to make sure you don't sit where the air duct blasts cold air. Services always consistent. read more

Selected this as our dinner place during our visit to Lebanon. Nice atmosphere and the staff was very friendly. We ordered our drinks and appetizers- cheesesteak egg rolls and fried Brussels sprouts. These were fabulous! My husband had one of the brewery beers, Fashionably Light. He loved it. Kept saying it was like his favorite beer, Michelob Ultra. The cocktails missed the mark with my son and his girlfriend. James switched to beer, but Anna ordered the orange crush cocktail and really loved it. Snitztoberfest has started so I tried the Winer schnitzel. It did not transport me back to Germany. I was a bit disappointed, it was just ok. My son and husband enjoyed their burgers and Anna's chicken tacos were good (although she commented that she didn't expect them to be cold). read more

Decided to try the brewery because of the positive reviews. The service, food, and ambiance are all great. The beer is excellent. Hubby got the smoked brisket melt and declared it to be (quite possibly) the best sandwich he had ever eaten. A life changing sandwich for $16 is quite the bargain. I had the applewood smoked pork sandwich for $12 and it was very good. My husband tried a few beers and settled on one he liked the best. They let us try a few and provided lots of good recommendations based upon the questions we asked. I'm allergic to alcohol but was able to get a tiny sip of the samples and can confirm they are all excellent. Because you can only eat and drink so much tasty stuff at one time, we took home several more beers to try later. Hubby liked the smoked beer. I had a small taste of the peanut butter cream pie and found it unexpectedly awesome. Made me wish I could drink booze without itching. I'd drink that one regularly. The food is WAY better than the chain bars around the area and is made really well. The beer is professional (none of that brewpub stuff that tastes like cousin Arnie's basement brew). The service is great. The ambiance is nice. I can't wait to go again, try more of their food, and sneak sips of their creative seasonal brews. This was our first visit here and not our last ! Not being Catholic, we still enjoy having fish on Fridays during Lent and this place was recommended by a family member and we are so glad we decided to dine here ! Highly and I mean Highly recommend stopping here for their Friday Fish Fry Dinner .... Our server was friendly and took the time to explain their menu, service was quick and effective ... We both did their fish dinner and the fish was lightly breaded and a very nice piece of Haddock along with fresh fries and good coleslaw. It was so good, I needed to order an additional piece. Not sure who the gentleman was but he came over several times to check on us and was extremely polite and friendly. Been wanting to find this place after seeing they had a Lebanon bologna inspired beer from the Seltzer's Outlet in Palmyra. Having nothing to do on a Saturday we decided to give it a try. First we did get lost trying to find the place. Our GPS took us through the back country roads, and while it was a nice view, save yourself the time and just take 422 through Hershey and Palmyra and you go right by it. They have a private lot as well as paid street parking (25 cents for 30 min) if the lot is full (we did see several people parking here that didn't go to the brewery.) Walked in around 4pm and were greeted by the bar staff then several minutes later a server stopped by apologizing for not seeing us sooner. We already had drink menus on the table but were never offered a regular menu or silverware, despite saying we wanted to order food so we just looked the menu up online. An over sight of the server but I did see other patrons getting menus and silverware so it just irked me slightly. Ordered the Smokehaus 7 Smoked Ale and the Snitz Burger, husband got the Dragonberry Ale and Snitz Burger as well. Smoked Ale was decent, a dark lager with a rich and smoky aftertaste, but I enjoyed the Dragonberry more. Fruity and sour which is more of a flavor profile I enjoy. We both raved about the Snitz Burger, a nice size home style burger with lettuce, mayo, cheese, pickles and a thick slice of Sweet Balogna on top. Prob the best burger I ever had. One thing to note is all entrees come with chips, fries and/or coleslaw are $2.00 upcharge each, something we didn't realize till we got our bill. It was noted on the menu but again we never got a printed one so its hard to see on the menu on the website. We're already planning another trip out there in the future on a day we're both craving burgers and beer. Just going to make sure we get a printed menu next time. read more

We arrive a bit late and sat at the bar. We needed dinner badly as we had picked up our spot all afternoon at the car show! Enjoyed the bartender . When asked if the kitchen was closed, the bartender and the chef were very understanding! ( the cook was cleaning up the kitchen and tucking it away for the night) thank you ! The blt was perfection with lots of bacon and a tasty pretzel roll! My husband enjoyed a beer or two and I opted for a canned hard ice tea. Both tasty! My husband had the cheesesteak! Very good! Came on a Saturday with a couple of coworkers after work in the afternoon. Wasn't at all busy. I got fish tacos, the other two got a BBQ sandwich with fries. The fish tacos, meh. The coleslaw in the tacos was great. The bbq sandwich tasted alright. The stars of the place are the on tap brews. Fantastic. If you want some great beers. My husband and I were traveling home from visiting family and happened across this little brewery. It was smaller than we expected for a brewery, but the food and service were spot on! I had the brisket with caramelized onions and cheddar cheese sandwich and my husband had the blackened salmon sandwich. The brisket sandwich was amazing, and my husband's salmon sandwich was huge. It was essentially a thick fillet of salmon on a roll with lettuce. As for the beer...I was surprised at the large selection of 'sours'. My husband and I prefer IPA's and don't drink sours but if you do, they have quite a few on tap. Just out of curiosity, we tried the blueberry cream beer and really enjoyed it. It was lite, and refreshing with a decent amount of blueberry aroma and taste. Something that would be refreshing to drink by the pool on a hot, sunny day. The restaurant is a little over an hour away, but we would definitely go back if we are passing through that area again. read more

Had a nice dinner here - classic pub/bar food coupled with a nice variety of homebrewed beers. I had their Snitzer burger, which had a cool twist, with a slab of Lebanon bologna on it. I thought it was good, and paired well with my blueberry cream ale (which they lay stake as their staple brew.) We also had their fried brussels topped with "lava sauce" & whiskey mac & cheese. Alright, so I came here on a Thursday night. It wasn't too packed but my friends and I were pretty hungry and instead of listening to Karaoke at DTL where we originally went, we walked out and came here instead. I've never been here, but from the outside it seemed pretty cool. It was too cold for outside seating which would have been nice. We walk in and were greeted by a host. Right as you walk in you can tell how laid-back this place is. They were also playing trivia at the time. We sat down and our waitress was friendly. Looked at the menu, prices were decent, but the selection/variety wasn't all that big, so it took me a while to figure out what I wanted. This place is obviously more about the beers than anything. The food was alright - typical bar food. I wouldn't say that it was absolutely incredible. I think it's just a nice place to just chill. The only two huge dislikes I do not like about this place. The food is wide out in the open. Do they know it's a pandemic or do they just not care? They cook the food to the left of where you're walking in and someone can easily be standing on the side waiting or anything, sneeze and airborne it is. Secondly, I didn't get this guys name or normally I would absolutely comment it. But he works behind the bar and for some reason works with food too? He came over to our table handing us our food, then later picking up our plates - WITHOUT A MASK AROUND HIS FACE. His mask was protecting his neck actually. I mean that's a turn off and reflects you as a restaurant, because do they not care? I can tell you this much, during this pandemic I will not be back. If your staff doesn't care about people, then why should we feel the same about your restaurant? read more

My husband and I ate here our first time ever for lunch earlier today. 7/9/22. For an appetizer we had cheese dip with sausage and pita on the side. I had the "snitzer burger" with chips and my husband had the creek side burger I believe. My burger was good. The lebanon sweet bologna didn't taste like sweet bologna but a ham almost. Was still great though. My husband said his burger was really good but a little too much mustard. Our waiter was super nice and our food was delivered in a great amount of time. This place is super cute with a nice ambience. We came twice so far. Once for taco Tuesday and once after a long bike ride. For taco Tuesday we tried the blackened fish and the boom boom shrimp. The tacos were pretty decent! Not mind blowing but they were good. Definitely Americanized but you're hopefully coming here for the beer and not the tacos. The sandwiches leave much to be desired (that was our second trip). I was starving from the bike ride and even then they weren't too satisfying and especially for the price.. I won't be getting a sandwich again, I personally had the fish sandwich. In terms of drinks. I am not a beer person but my boyfriend has had 3 of their beers to this day and has enjoyed them. He really likes this brewery. I had their holiday version of a sangria the one night (side note: their happy hour is GREAT) and it was really good! I really enjoyed that drink. All in all, good drinks and okay food. I would come back, but might eat before and just munch on fries. read more
