Every trainer was so knowledgeable and patient. They made sure that we knew why they were training in certain ways and also made sure that we we knew how to train our pup as well. Even though they have a learning schedule for the 5-week program, they were flexible and allowed us to focus on training our pup needed the most. The price is a bit steep, but the collar is included with the price. We thought this was a worthwhile investment and are considering training our other puppy here too.

I had a stray cat that hangs around my place and I feed and pretty much take care of now lol... well she got in a fight or something and her eye was reallyyyy messed up... I called my normal vet that I use for my dog and they didn't even seem to care and said they weren't taking any new animals and didn't even have any suggestion on where else I should go and hung up... I was a mess crying and so worried about this cat I didn't know if she was hurt internally or what bc she wouldn't even come out from hiding. So I called around to numerousssss vets and none had any openings soon or we're not accepting new animals.... EXCEPT HERE. They had a full schedule and stillll worked her in and tried to calm me down and they were honest to god angels. And prices very fair. Thennnnn I am watching a puppy til my sister can come get her & the puppy has a umbilical hernia and so I wanted to get her in to the vet asap and againnn they fit her in within a weeks time AND then prior to her appt she had a little blood in her stool so I called panicked seeing if they could squeeze her in sooner and they did! THAT DAY. Even with a packed schedule. And the vet took plenty of time with us explaining, answering any questions I had, etc and same with the vet techs. They genuinely care & want to help these precious animals. I'll never take a pet any where else. Thank you guys!
