And another mini room dedicated to puzzles for all ages, jigsaw puzzles organized by age level and number of pieces, as well as mechanical puzzles and brain teasers. I was able to find a 100-piece glitter puzzle featuring unicorns and rainbows, perfect for my niece's bday. Staff was hard to find, roaming around the store blending in with customers wandering the aisles. But once the employee saw me waiting at the front counter, he helped grab my selected puzzle off a top shelf and the purchase process was quick and easy. I got so lucky that they just happened to be in the area and came over within a few hours, picked up and stored the piano for 2 years because I didn't have the space for it at the time. After purchasing another home, I had the perfect place for it, they delivered my piano and it was in perfect condition! I highly recommend Sweet Sound, they did an amazing job for me. I have read some of the other reviews about them trying to sell services, etc. and honestly, I don't understand what's wrong with that. They are a business and if they have products and services that help preserve the fine instrument, why would they not offer those services? They offered additional services to me as well, I chose what I wanted and said no to what wasn't important to me at the time. I'm adding this in because I am going to choose to use them again soon and I am very happy with their service and my decision to continue to use Sweet Sound Piano!
