The selection of the products is outstanding. The bad part - Unfortunately the customer service is not very personable, they're not rude but rather cold. I went in there questions to ask some questions about a TV that I paid $2,500 for and they acted like they did not even want to talk to me. It's my impression that they just want to make that initial sale and are not interested in repeat business. If there was someplace else in town that sells decent TVs I would certainly go there first.

The man I spoke with very rudely told me they don't do repairs if they didn't sell the appliance to the customer (the machine came with the house, we have no idea where it came from). He didn't bother to ask me what the problem was or suggest that we might need a replacement which could have helped him make a sale. We made some inquiries and brought in a plumber who determined the machine indeed needs to be replaced. Which we will do right away -- from a competitor down in Lewiston. And we decided to buy a matching dryer, too. Sorry, Howard Hughes, you just lost a sale because of your service rep. So much for trying to support local businesses.
