Love this place. The owner is very sweet and everything is great. I've been coming here since I was a kid. My friends and I would run here before and after school when we used to go to OV. Lol Great memories. Whether it was for a hot chocolate and a donut in the morning, or a snack and a soda after school. They have slushees and those were a hit in the spring and summer. I remember getting a personal pizza at little caesars next door for $1 and getting a can of coke at Sylmar donut shop for 50cents and a slushee for $1. They have fresh donuts and the best Thai tea with boba for only 3.00 for a small which is pretty big! The parking lot sucks but this is a little gem in sylmar.

Extremely friendly staff. Good selection of donuts even though it was midday. I got a strawberry jelly filled donut- tasty. I got a Thai iced tea with boba- very good, sweet and creamy. She takes cards which was surprising for a small shop. And she didn't charge me extra for using a card nor require a minimum purchase. read more

Tried this place today for the first time. Was not disappointed at all. The croissants are the size of a persons head and absolutely YUMMY! The glaze donuts are soft, cushy and YUMMY! Donuts holes well were gone in seconds. To all of you who want the best donuts with EXCELLENT service on top of that, go here. I am now w regular. read more

Super Sweet lady, the best donuts and best fresh boba. The lady inside made me feel like I was her own child, I had an amazing cookies and cream shake and my lady had a Thai tea boba , with fresh boba she had just made! I've been coming here for about 12 to 15 years this is not just a regular donut shop these people are like family they seriously fed me every morning before going to school and now on my way to work,if you live in Sylmar and you haven't been Here, you are truly not from sylmar. I have so much respect and love for this family owned business. This is my first review ever and I'm glad that it's for them!! read more

My son and I stopped for donuts after the Nethercutt Car Museum. Excellent, fresh and good variety, I got a chocolate cake like donut with chocolate frosting and coconut on top, my son went for the chocolate bar as he says he gets more donut because bars are bigger, and a very happy/friendly proprietor. 5 stars easy. Parking is crazy so we parked on a side street and walked a hundred yards. read more

Now they have chillas (blended ice), iced coffee, raspados, sodas, cold drinks, fresh juice, and liquados. WOW! Even though half of the tables were occupied, the ambiance was relax and quiet.
