    Green Juice 16oz.

Solid donut spot that has pan dulce. Got a concha and a pan de elote. The concha is so big but more importantly, yum! Soft and not too sweet. Pan de elote was pretty good too! Also got a fresh green juice that was really good and again not too sweet. All 3 items only $10 total. Wish I lived in the area, I would come here often.

The hours are posted that it's open and the sign says it's open.

It says it's open and even the neon sign says open and it says it's supposed to be open for another 30 minutes but it's closed!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Donut Station, located at 15417 Chatsworth St, Los Angeles, CA 91345 in Mission Hills. It was a quick stop for me after a showing, as I needed to grab a cup of coffee before heading to another listing. Little did I know that this unassuming donut shop would leave such a lasting impression on me. Upon entering, I noticed that besides their tempting assortment of donuts, they also offered freshly squeezed juices. Intrigued by this option, I decided to try their green juice along with a simple, unglazed donut to go. The first sip of the green juice was nothing short of exceptional. The blend was perfectly balanced, with no overpowering flavors or overly acidic notes from citrus fruits. It was a refreshing and invigorating start to my day. Next, I took a bite of the donut, and it was an absolute delight. The texture was soft and fresh, unlike some other donut shops where the pastries can sometimes feel stale. Each bite was a testament to the care and attention put into their product. It was the perfect accompaniment to my morning coffee. Speaking of coffee, I must mention that Donut Station's brew was impeccable. The coffee was fresh, smooth, and had a rich flavor profile. It was the kind of coffee that made me look forward to each showing, knowing I could stop by and enjoy a cup of this high-quality blend. What truly impressed me about Donut Station was the overall experience they provided. Despite being tucked away in a shopping center, it is undoubtedly a hidden gem worth discovering. The combination of excellent coffee, freshly squeezed juices, and delectable donuts make it a destination that deserves your visit. I can confidently say that every time I have a showing in the area, I will be sure to make a pitstop at Donut Station for a rejuvenating green juice and a bite to eat. It has become my go-to spot, and I highly recommend it to anyone in search of a memorable and satisfying donut shop experience. In conclusion, Donut Station offers a delightful array of fresh and delicious treats, accompanied by fantastic coffee and freshly squeezed juices. The exceptional quality and attention to detail, combined with the warm and inviting. Jeff Macey www.EpicRealtyLA.com

I absolutely love this donut location. The donut taste great. Doesn't taste like it's been sitting in old grease. And the customer service is always friendly and kind. I don't get donuts anywhere else. Thank you

    The cream puffs!! My favorites!!

I've moved away many years ago from this area. But anytime I drove by, I stopped by to get these!! So good! Their tamales & sandwiches were so good too!! I tried the bean & cheese pupusas today! I got 2 of them.. they were bigger than I expected them to be. They were so good I ate both! Lol Donuts were yummy & pretty good sized!

(Tookout 09/24/20 TH @ 5:45pm): This place was more than a station for donuts! Originally in the area for the pooch's vet appointment when I decided to order takeout food for dinner at a nearby restaurant when I came upon Donut Station which was a couple doors down from the aforementioned restaurant. My first thought was, "Eff me!", since I had to scope out the place while I waited for my food order to be ready. Purely an impulse visit and eventual purchase, how did their pastries hold up so late in the day into the next!? PURCHASE THE "APPLE FRITTER IS TAKING OVER THE WORLD TOUR" CONTINUED... Apple Fritter ($1.99): Not that I was an apple fritter snob - eff it...yes I was! - but there was a certain way I liked mine. 1st, the price was comparable to the now going rate. 2nd, it was generally round but in a flower blossom sort of way, I liked the thickness and density, and more the size of my hand rather than my face (an ode to the great Goldstar Donuts in Van Nuys). 3rd, there was a decent amount of apple bits but some empty bites. 4th, the overall high dark brown color was extremely nice with some burnt ends (I loved it burnt), and the medium glaze made for a good but not so messy cracking effect. There were many crunchy odd crannies, corners, and nooks which I liked to break off into small little morsels. 5th, it was probably several hours old based on its temperature and late in the day with no hints of oil pockets or gooey apple juices that leaked into your mouth and dripped down your throat. Overall, it had very good value - 3.5 STARS https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=TGPVNH2dIZBGtygx5Wibzw&userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw! Pan De Elote ($2.25): A true revelation, this was a Southern cornbread muffin but in donut form that also reminded me of corn bibingka - one of my favorite Filipino desserts - more donut shops needed to sell this https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=R1Vk2XHckme91GRgzox0Vg&userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw! Rainbow Sprinkles Cake Donut ($1.10): An odd assortment of non-standard colorful sprinkles with a translucent vanilla frosting and fluffy donut - always put a smile on my face https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=KjE33diNZuprQrraYxApVQ&userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw! Buttermilk Bar ($1.10): A short and stout medium-glazed creamy bar of goodness I had for a snack the next day, fifteen seconds in the microwave softened it up as it easily fell apart while it slightly burned my mouth https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=rYYZbmucjwSBZpDHew5-8A&userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw! SERVICE I was the only customer while two workers were in the back cleaning. Minutes later, a young female saw me at the counter and quickly came out as she greeted me. I already had time to case the joint and easily placed my order as she quickly gathered things together. Before I knew it, I had bags of goodies and was on my way to pick up dinner - all was good in the SVF! PARKING (FREE) Located within the medium-sized Mission Village Plaza with several businesses (e.g. Laotian restaurant, barbershop, liquor store, etc.), parking was easy with ample spots to go around - 'nuff said. ATMOSPHERE, DÉCOR, AMBIENCE A spacious shop with one main donut display case https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=MEPjFx6GtFGnkR7ginKvog&userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw highlighted by the apple fritters https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=KYecubu-SvUMDRaXsK4Eyw&userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw, fairly legible drink/food menus/prices board https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=SotXPeHOmcZyojADGlvfIQ&userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw, tables/chairs were restricted due to COVID-19, various promotional posters and countertop displays, and a separating Plexiglass between you and the salesperson. Plenty of natural lighting came through the large front glass walls and door while soul-sucking electric fluorescent ceiling lights covered the rest. There were no TVs but music played in the background. ATTIRE Totally casual, so I would normally be in a t-shirt, boardshorts, and flip-flops. OVERALL Since the vet was nearby and I enjoyed the Laotian restaurant steps away, by default I might swing by Donut Station again not necessarily for an apple fritter but for a pan de elote! None of the items were fresh at this time of day but were still yummy, the prices comparable, and the service was fine. They also sold coffee/drinks/tea (unsure about boba), croissants, sandwiches, and more! Plus, it was always a pleasure to support a mom & pop small business. I found very good value based on the prices, service, and experience noted above (TOTAL paid experience was around $6.00 BEFORE any discounts and/or tip). And, they accepted credit cards but not mine of choice... AMEX! 4.0 STARS

"You gonna eat your cornbread?!" Yup!! If you or someone you know likes cornbread, you have to try it. I bring the scrumptious little mini loaf cakes home to my family, send them as get well soon gifts and frankly when I want to impress a foodie. Great friendly service. They have pasties that come 3 to a bag for $1 or $2. I'm highly impressed by the re merchandising idea of discounting food before tossing it. And I know donations are life saving. BGrab a bag for the van or carpool. Start throwing chocolate, fruit Fluffy pasties at 6:00 am on the train and you will become a positive in that persons day by a small act of kindness. Food brings people together.

Bummed it took us so long to try this place.... So happy we did & now we are hooked on their chocolate covered donuts with mini chocolate chips filled with dark chocolate!!!!! They are fresh, tasty & melt in your mouth good! Totally reminds of of Porto's Chocolate Croissants---that good! We have yet to try their other items but plan on going soon to try their breakfast sandwiches, I hear they are yummy good!!! Yay they are in my neighborhood! Boo I need to walk/run longer at the gym but worth it!

This is my call list of everytime I called.

We had ground beef taco stuffed into warm double wrapped with cheese and served with shredded lettuce-tomato and topped slices of Avocado.?I asked for chopped onion and shredded cheddar and there fantastic salsa. We also ordered their rice pilaf (fantastic). For some reason I also wanted a cup of there fantastic (beef chili? It was sinful. I placed a spoonful of this luxurious chili on top the taco. I was in heaven. Everything I wrote was memorable. They also make steak taco-chicken taco and brisket taco. What a memorable meal. Irwin Z

Brent's Deli is an institution in the San Fernando Valley, and it may just be its best. One thing…read morefor sure, the portions are generally humongous so you will never leave hungry. Nothing succeeds like excess. In fact, most people will need a take out box for one less meal to cook. Delicatessen means delicate eating in German, but at a Jewish American Delicatessen, the emphasis is on the Eating, which I am not complaining. 1) I requested an off menu item of having a Reuben sandwich where half is Corned Beef and the other Pastrami. Brent's Reuben has warm Sauerkraut, grilled Rye bread, melted Swiss Cheese, 1,000 Island dressing. Thinly sliced, multi-layered Mound of Pastrami is a bit on the dry side. Curing doesn't create a deep meaty Umami and spicing is present but attenuated. The Corned Beef is moister with bit more Umami & plush, thin multi-layered red colored meat. I have to say the Pastrami at Langer's is cured more intensely to bring out a deep Umami as well as more complex and complementary spicing of especially warm spiced cloves that adds aromatic richness. Brent's Pastrami doesn't seem to reach that kind of apotheosis. 1b) I asked for the steak fries to be fried two minutes longer for a crisper finish which was honored. Not much in way of that distinctive potato earthiness, but acceptable. 1c) Coleslaw is mayonnaise based, watery, bland, but a good cruciferous, fibrous veggie to add more fibre, healthful phytochemicals to counter the meat overload even though it isn't flavourful 2) Carrot Cake is closer to a delicate, dense, moist spice cake. A slice is enormous since it is cut from an extra tall cake studded with crushed walnuts and a cream cheese like not too sweet frosting. At $14 it could feed 4 people. Service is fine. They take your order and run with it. Bit of tunnel vision where it may be a bit hard to flag them down. But the job does get done. Overall 3+ stars
