I enjoy getting a drink occasionally from Agua Cabana on the second floor, and the perfect mall snack is an Açaí bowl from Bearies on the first floor. My favorite stores include - Pop Mart, Box Lunch, Sephora, Bath & Body Works, Miniso, Hot Topic, Hollister, Old Navy, Journey's & Sophi's Cosmetics. It's a smaller mall but it's local & always a solid place for a hang out. There is also many on site restaurants that I enjoy such as Yard House, LongHorn Steakhouse, California Pizza Kitchen & Red Robins. There is also an Escapology located here outside the mall which is great as an interactive experience. The workers I've encountered here are typically very friendly & the mall is kept very clean.

It's a smaller mall compared to others nearby which tends to have more stores. If I'm here it's for either one or two stores or to just walk around to see what there is available. This visit was for something simple that needed to be done. Which I knew that they had a certain store. Surprising it was pretty busy for a Monday. Mind you it was a holiday and kids are off of school. But to see this place pretty lively was amazing. Each visit, tends to alway be pretty mellow. The stores aren't quite the same as they used to be. Loads of the stores that once thrive have faded away. But something new would takes its place. Hopefully they'll last for some time. I did noticed that the food court does seem to have some interesting vendors. Plus there's a new Panini Cafe at the old Red Robbin's location. It's quite big which I was surprised to see walking in today. They have both an indoor patio as well an outdoor patio. The mall isn't what it used to be. The bigger chain stores have gone or either went out of business. Macys is still there which I'm quite surprised. Regardless, people are still going to be buying whether it be a new store or an old one.

The original food court still does pretty well but I can't say much with the Topanga social and it didn't last long. You have all your classic stores and then the higher end which this mall does offer a lot. Compared to the other Westfield, it's way bigger and better. There's plenty of parking both with covered structures as well as open lot. A good amount of restaurants surrounding as well as a movie theatre. It's your one stop shop.

There are more homeless people in the area now and most shops lock their backdoor for safety that leads to the parking lot. In certain area they do have security guard walking around because of the situation. I don't come here that much just because of the homeless people and it tend to be more busier than other places I go to. Yes, you can walk around outside too. Plenty of shops to look at. You can easily spot signs to public restrooms by the escalators. This is a safe and convenient shopping mall for Valencia and Santa Clarita residents as well as Magic Mountain visitors and travelers. I saw one Boba beverage place that sells fruity smoothies. Lots of potential in this plaza. Q store fashion shop is much smaller than others. Charlotte Russe store still exists. There are lots of discounts and deals here at the retail stores. Great place to wander around and browse. It was a good visit during this trip. Cashiers especially at JCPenny were well trained and experienced employees. You can find decent priced clothes with yellow tags on clearance racks and more. Good value. The only place I haven't visited yet is the 24 Hour fitness, the Dentistry, Mattress Firm, AT&T and Bank of America. There plenty of parking here as well and there even more parking toward the back of the center. I usually park in the back because it's less traffic to enter or leave. They also have security guard walking around in the plaza for any problems.

Stores such as Apple, Aldo, The Gap, Banana Republic, Bed, Bath & Body, Bloomingdale's, Coach, Express, Hollister, Macy's, Vans, and many others. The mall is a good size, very clean, and well-maintained. The food court was extremely clean, comfortable, and somewhat fancy-looking, with plenty of tables, benches, and chairs to sit and relax throughout the mall. Friendly employees can be seen cleaning throughout the mall, assuring that this place is kept as spotless as possible. Free parking is available both in the parking garage adjacent to the mall and in non-garage parking on the east and south sides of the mall.

There should be security in the corridor, especially given that it is right next to an outlet to riverside drive. Glendale is a safer, cleaner part of L.A. and it's actually possible for me to feel a bit more relaxed here than in Hollywood or Downtown. The mall itself is rather large and when combined with The Americana across the street, it's a nice place to shop and dine. If you enjoy Asian food, beauty products and other merchandise, this is a great place for all of it. For dining options there is Din Tai Fung, Kura Revolving Sushi along with other options in the Food Court. There is a cute shop called , "Korheim" that sells K Beauty products and there is also a Pop Mart and a Miniso store too. There is also a dessert shop called "Angel/Devil" that has boba drinks and Korean style Dubai Chocolate Cookies- so yummy! On the weekends, it can be pure mayhem here. I prefer to come during the week when it's a less crowded. I'm grateful that this mall is still thriving because it's one of the few places I feel is still worth visiting.

After that, we all had dinner together at Kura Sushi. After dinner at Kura Sushi, I decided to pick up another kabob to go for my other brother at home. As I was walking back to Kura Sushi with the food, I passed by the restroom area near the food court and a kiosk that appeared to offer eyebrow tattooing services. A Hispanic female janitor was cleaning the area. My mom had called me and was asking me to come back quickly, so I was walking at a very fast pace with the takeout order in my hand. Suddenly, the female janitor jabbed me in the arm and started speaking angrily in Spanish. I couldn't understand a single word she was saying, and I was completely shocked by her behavior. I assume that because I was walking quickly to get back to my mom, I may not have noticed that she had placed a caution sign and was cleaning that section of the floor. Perhaps I accidentally walked through the area she was working on. Even so, I found it completely unacceptable for someone to jab me in the arm like that. To make matters worse, she kept speaking to me in Spanish, which I could not understand. I honestly thought her behavior was very inappropriate. I simply responded, "Please speak English and do not touch me, OK?" My mom was waiting for me and wanted to leave right away, so I didn't have time to continue the conversation and just walked away. However, the more I think about what happened that day, the more upset it makes me. I sincerely hope I never experience something this unpleasant again. Glendale Galleria should do a better job of training its employees on how to interact respectfully with customers.
