Back when my grandfather was able to drive and he lived in Glendale, he would always take my brother and I here. I remember there used to be an fye, a pet store, and a Todai Buffet. Alas those days are long gone and my grandpa can no longer drive, a bit sad and a bit nostalgic to look back on, I digress. It's a huge mall and I definitely prefer it over going to the Americana across the street (free parking here and such), but again, it's a huge mall that attracts all around, so parking can get quite busy, especially on the weekends, so keep that in mind. I like that there's an attached Target and lots of shopping and dining options. They have all of the franchises that you find at a standard mall and at a higher end mall too, so you get a good mix of both. There's an Apple Store, Beard Papa (not many of these left sadly), Bath and Body Works, Heytea, Hot Topic, Kura, Lacoste, Lush, Marugame Udon, Miniso, Molly Tea, Pop Mart, the Lego Store (I remember visiting this as a child), Uniqlo, Tokyo Life Style, etc. There's a markedly newer and lively part of the mall and when you go to the periphery, there's a strange mini floor on one of the top floors and the crowds start parsing through. It used to be the only mall where we could get some of these franchises and foods or we'd have to travel more into the OC, but now that the Santa Anita mall has almost every business that I would need, going to the Glendale Galleria is a once in awhile treat if we're already in the area. read more

On Sunday (6/14/2026) I went to Glendale Galleria with my mom and my brother. My mom bought some shoes and cosmetics, and I picked up both a Beef Kabob and a Chicken Kabob from Massis Kabob. After that, we all had dinner together at Kura Sushi. After dinner at Kura Sushi, I decided to pick up another kabob to go for my other brother at home. As I was walking back to Kura Sushi with the food, I passed by the restroom area near the food court and a kiosk that appeared to offer eyebrow tattooing services. A Hispanic female janitor was cleaning the area. My mom had called me and was asking me to come back quickly, so I was walking at a very fast pace with the takeout order in my hand. Suddenly, the female janitor jabbed me in the arm and started speaking angrily in Spanish. I couldn't understand a single word she was saying, and I was completely shocked by her behavior. I assume that because I was walking quickly to get back to my mom, I may not have noticed that she had placed a caution sign and was cleaning that section of the floor. Perhaps I accidentally walked through the area she was working on. Even so, I found it completely unacceptable for someone to jab me in the arm like that. To make matters worse, she kept speaking to me in Spanish, which I could not understand. I honestly thought her behavior was very inappropriate. I simply responded, "Please speak English and do not touch me, OK?" My mom was waiting for me and wanted to leave right away, so I didn't have time to continue the conversation and just walked away. However, the more I think about what happened that day, the more upset it makes me. I sincerely hope I never experience something this unpleasant again. Glendale Galleria should do a better job of training its employees on how to interact respectfully with customers. read more

I've been visiting this mall for over 20 years. It has had its ups and downs, but I'm mostly pleased with its current incarnation. Since the pandemic, I rarely shop in person but I will make the effort to visit the Glendale Galleria. Glendale is a safer, cleaner part of L.A. and it's actually possible for me to feel a bit more relaxed here than in Hollywood or Downtown. The mall itself is rather large and when combined with The Americana across the street, it's a nice place to shop and dine. If you enjoy Asian food, beauty products and other merchandise, this is a great place for all of it. For dining options there is Din Tai Fung, Kura Revolving Sushi along with other options in the Food Court. There is a cute shop called , "Korheim" that sells K Beauty products and there is also a Pop Mart and a Miniso store too. There is also a dessert shop called "Angel/Devil" that has boba drinks and Korean style Dubai Chocolate Cookies- so yummy! On the weekends, it can be pure mayhem here. I prefer to come during the week when it's a less crowded. I'm grateful that this mall is still thriving because it's one of the few places I feel is still worth visiting. read more

This is definitely a more basic mall, yet still has a good amount of stores. It has such a large variety of stores from lower to higher end stores, so no matter what you're looking for, there's a good chance you'll find it! There's also a food court and a few restaurants if you're hungry. It's a pretty big mall yet the layout feels a bit like a maze, since it goes in different directions! I find myself getting a bit lost at times, but it's a great way to discover new stores. There's sometimes some cool activations happening in the mall and they have a giant soccer ball to celebrate FIFA. Parking is ample and super easy and surprisingly free in their giant parking lot. read more

Whereas many shopping malls are shutting down and seem to be hurting for business and patrons, this is thriving and has good spirits as well as a diverse variety of shopping experiences. There is also Target in this mall which makes it convenient to do shopping and on the way home to get groceries too. This mall like any other ones has food court. There is chipotle, Charley's, Dunkin Donuts and Masis Kebab.The food court is usually crowded and sometimes it's hard to find a table. Parking can be challenging depending on the time of visit. The Galleria is a large three-story contemporary shopping mall in the heart of Glendale. It offer a huge variety of shop and restaurants. Hence, it's a popular hangout place by locals and visitors. Parking structures are organized with plenty of car spots. I have been coming here for years but never had the chance to judiciously review it until now. I like G because of its Air Condition, it cools me down on a very warm LA weather. Lol. In all seriousness it's a nice mall and it has the stuff that I need and want. I enjoyed coming to this mall for years. The mall is almost always full of people and it helps keep a lively atmosphere inside. It's a great mall to explore and shop around at. I never had a negative experience here, except when stores close such as the Disney store that used to be here. The food court doesn't disappoint and the constant additions of new and delicious food spots keep one's taste buds satisfied!! Trash cans are automatically opened when you pass the tray over the sensor. Parking can take a while depending on your luck, but there's plenty of parking. WOW... Glendale Galleria has close to 200 shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues! What an extraordinary and humongous shopping mall!! It's anchored by 3 major stores... we know them as JCPenny, Macy's, and Target. Most recently, I drove to this galleria to attend a Yelp event at Regent X Coffee Bar. I got a chance to walk a partial ways of this huge mall. I got lost along the way to the coffee bar unfortunately. Btw, I rarely get lost in malls. First time for everything! LOL For the most part, parking is free, but there may be certain areas that may charge for parking. Please read the signs. Do remember where you park. It's best to jot down which entrance you entered through and mark the nearest store at that entrance. While perusing, I noticed some great name brands and name brands that I've never heard of as well. Just to name a few handfuls from A to Z... only two letters of the alphabet aren't covered... N and X! They are coming some day... I can feel it! LOL I am definitely returning here now that I know what is offered at this galleria. I'm going for the foods, drinks, and desserts. Food court is on the 1st floor. As for shopping, probably not much will interest me as I'm not into name brands stuff, but who knows... I may see something intriguing to the eyes that is worth my dinero. I love coming to the Glendale Galleria. It's big, many stores. Including a Target. There is a big free parking structure so be ready to do lots of walking here at this mall. I have seen security in parking garage which makes you feel safe walking to car. Glendale is a very nice/safe city. I wish they had more charging stations available for charging car while shopping. I only found 2 but maybe there are more hiding somewhere. They just about every store you could look for that a mall has. They also have a lot of food options to choose from. Been coming to this mall for years and it's changed a lot over the last few years (for the better)! We mainly shop at Uniqlo and occasionally check out Hot Topic and Box Lunch for funkos and other hobby items. Now they have a Pop Mart and Miniso which are absolutely dangerously fantastic! Pretty decent mall been coming here for years and never been disappointed! My fav store here is Zara for sure! Their Macy's isn't bad either. They have recently updated their food court with really good options to choose from. Not really big of a mall but decent! Some stores have closed but you can find an item or two if your searching! They have affordable stores here, but in my opinion limited selections. Good values but not too many selections. Also, for coffee lovers they now have a coffee bean here located on the first floor.! The mall itself is decent. It has quite a few higher end stores and their food court has a handful of options to choose from. What I got taken back by was the cleanliness of the bathroom. Even though we are out of covid that shouldn't be a reason to be lackadaisical on service. I was quite appalled to see the trash spilling over and TP all over the floors. Wow.....this is an extremely upscale shopping mall from 'Glendale Galleria,' CA., however there only showed up 3 Department Stores that were closely connected to one another. Until I saw another 4th one today on 09/07/2024. Nevertheless, there existed lots of smaller stores like Build-A--Bear, Miniso, Lush (The chained natural soap store,) Pop Mart, and where I was walking around, the restaurant, Din Tai Fung and a relevantly sized food court that continued Dunkin' Donuts. I was only merely listing the stores and a restaurant that I took notice of......again I was in a rush heading back to DTLA, CA. I was walking rather swiftly to locate the food court, so I didn't pay a whole lot of attention to all the surrounding stores but next trip back I will soon. I was in and out of here within an hour because I was trying to beat 5pm traffic driving back to SGV, CA., area, so I only took notice of several places just as the pics below referenced. I will be back on several upcoming visits....the food court didn't seem overly crowded today when I walked around the food court area for at least 20min, taking pics on 0815/2024. Parking: super convenient. All Structure levels have been properly labeled and the mall signs specifically requested is consumers to remember where we parked. Restrooms: kept very clean but only 1 hand washing sink station was stocked with dispensed soap. There was no line waiting to use the public restroom here today. It has a Bloomingdale's, Target and 2 food courts on different floors! Tons and tons of parking w/ two separate structures. Guess this place never gets old. My girlfriend loves this place. She will drive all the way from Fullerton sometimes just to get her shopping on. Anyway, We were here last weekend, and we had lunch and coffee at some of the best places here. They Have Zaras, Starbucks, Spencers, and a bunch of other places I cant think of off hand. Parking garage is huge but it's hard to find empty spots. If it's your first time going, good luck finding your car after shopping. Signages are hard to find and mall directories inside the mall are too few and far between. Maybe intentional so you're forced to find your way through the mall and inadvertently get attracted to and pulled to other stores. Great selection of stores. Mid-level stores to luxury. This mall has been expanding over the years and that makes me so happy to see :-) I like coming here because Glendale offers many shops that my home mall doesn't have -- such as Garage, Apple, etc. I also love walking to the Americana since it's right across the street ! I give this mall 3 stars just because I felt like the mall was not cleanly at all. The restrooms were pretty filthy & it looked like they do not keep up w cleaning here. Fun little shops you don't see in too many malls like Lolli & Pops (RIP to the closed Mission Viejo Shops store location) and La Michoacana make the mall seem more special. With all these positives, you may be wondering about the 3 star rating. I took away stars because the mall doesn't keep up with cleaning the food court and restrooms, to put it mildly. Another reason for taking away stars is the seating in the food court and by The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf: they need a lot more given the amount of buyers. Would I return here? Sure, if I was nearby and had a hankering for Lolli & Pops as there are none near me, or if I happened to feel like shopping. In terms of food and beverages, I would not be inclined to go to the food court and would want to purchase a drink before arriving. The mall has a Din Tai Fung restaurant which looks like an attractive option. Improvement in seating and cleaning would really help the mall, in my opinion. read more

I came to this mall to visit the Lolli & Pop, Sunglasses Hut and was planning on getting some McDonald's but this location is permanently closed. They also have some other stores that I been too before like Dicks Sporting Goods, Target, Macy and etc. Their food court is pretty big as well with many different options. Some parking is located across the street so be prepared to walk to get to the mall. Tesla chargers on the first floor are tricky to get to so be prepared for that.
