They feature places like Balenciaga, Prada, Gucci, and Boss, and have shops like Honey Birdette and Laderach chocolates. The mall is really beautiful with a lot of indoor lighting and is mostly two levels, but has a movie theater on a third level. We did not make it to the village across the street, but it is supposed to be really nice as well. This is a top mall in SoCal and worth checking out even if you just want to get some exercise and shop. We ate at the massis kabob for lunch. Great gyros plates. I believe the main food court is being renovated and some of the eateries closed, but like I mentioned earlier they added an additional food court. Very impressive mall. 5 star mall all the way.

The shopping mall used to have an extension called The Village at Westfield Topanga, but it was sold to Los Angeles Rams owner Stan Kroenke in 2023 and is no longer affiliated with Westfield. [Parking]: Free parking at the shopping mall with no time restrictions, but the parking lot near AMC (facing Victory Blvd) was completely packed on Saturday afternoon. It is best to park in the parking structure facing Owensmouth Ave for a better parking experience. [Retails]: This is a really nice Westfield mall that caters to all visitors. The mall has a luxury collection with brands like Burberry, Gucci, Cartier, Tiffany & Co., Louis Vuitton, Prada, Dior, and Celine. For those who are interested in modern collectibles, there are stores like Pop Mart, Qtoy, Sanrio, Miniso, LEGO, and Cash Cards Unlimited (a trading card store) to check out. The mall also has more practical beauty and clothing retailers such as Sephora and UNIQLO. Other anchor stores include Nordstrom, Target, and Macy's. [Topanga Social]: Westfield Topanga renovated the old Sears space into a new food hall called Topanga Social in 2023 and a new AMC Theatre in 2022. There are about 50% vacant food stalls as of July 2026, but this is also where visitors can find pop-up experiences such as The Loop (currently collaborating with Crunchyroll on a free immersive anime exhibit), JINYA Ramen Bar, Wanderlust Creamery, and Red Door Escape Room. There are TVs and tables where visitors can sit and watch sports games, but the TVs are muted. [Dining Terrace]: Dining Terrace is one of those classic food courts you would find in any mall and is located on the second level. While I was not surprised to see Panda Express, Genghis Khan BBQ Grill, and Chipotle, it was interesting to find food stalls like IJ Sushi Burrito that sells sushi burrito and poke bowl. [Other notes]: Neiman Marcus was closed earlier this year at this location due to the bankruptcy of its parent company. Cheesecake Factory and Chubby Cattle are also located at this mall. [Conclusion]: I am a big fan of this Westfield mall and can easily see myself revisiting this mall whenever I am in the San Fernando Valley area.

From the side we centered in, there was food truck that was parked right before you walked in. Everything is outdoor which they also had a little strip that was covered. Helpful with the heat as it does get hot during the summer seasons. There's all your traditional stores you would see at the outlet. Nike, HM, Michael Kors, Adidas, Vans and so on. A good amount of decent stores. It does warp around each other but we didn't get a chance to wander through the whole place. It was well maintained with plants and the water features. Planted area did have a fence barrier around them. Also, loads of seated benches placed throughout the walkway for seating. Besides the traditional outlet shops, you also have the classic food vendors. Basically a lot of stalls or food center that you would find in the mall. They did have a good sale happening as it was Fourth of July'. Some nice deals that were offered before as well as after. Overall, it's nothing major like the Desert Hill outlet going towards Palm Springs with their higher end designer shops. But this outlet does have a fairly decent amount of stores. Also it's kind of in the middle of nowhere in a sense that's it's right off the freeway. A decent outlets that's worth checking out if you're driving by and wanted to kill some time while heading north or south on the 5.

These outlets aren't overpriced nor overcrowded. Coach store, Under Armour, Colombia, Old Navy, Tony's Pizza, Subway, Levi's, Ulta, OshKosh, H&M, Banana Republic, etc. You can find typical basic brands here as you find in other outlets. Not a huge place. Parking lot was huge though. Easy access to freeway. I wish the place would add a food court to make it a good standard shopping spot. It was a very comfortable restroom stop and happy place for a good stretch or walk around. Conveniently located. This beautiful stop in an old American Indian town with gas stations, hotels, and restaurants was pretty relaxing here. Jamba Juice, Dunkin Donuts, Chipotle, Denny's, IHOP, etc. are all driving distance from this location. Worth it.

The place was packed on a Sunday, since it's an outdoor area, it was really hot and staying in the stores helped cool us off, especially if they had AC on full blast. Going back to the parking lot was a challenge, since there isn't a parking attendant around, there isn't service you can get help right away. Parking price is expensive if you stay more than 2 hours, I suggest coming for the 2 hours and validate it at a store or if you end up staying longer and reaching full price (max daily), might as well spend the feast of the day there since they already have everything you need for lunch and dinner. FYI, driving out of the 4th floor took some time so if you're in a rush, so is everyone else and some cars go so fast you might not see them in time around sharp turns and yield signs!

However, after the COVID pandemic they've noticeably stopped coming. Still, The Grove is a nice place to visit because it is so polished and touristy. There's the dancing fountain, free trolley, movie theater, shops and restaurants. Meanwhile, The Farmers Market is right next door, so you can easily walk there as well. It's a good place to kill time. Some stores are a bit on the pricey side, though. The trolley is a bit silly since the ride is so short. It takes longer to wait for the trolley than to just walk from one end of the mall to the other. It is a free novelty, though, so if you have nothing better to do, might as well. Recently, there was a parade and festival at LACMA (Los Angeles County Museum of Art) and I noticed several other people like me walking from there to The Grove since it's only around a 20 minute walk up Fairfax Ave. I think people decided to walk since parking at LACMA is $23 no matter what and we didn't want to pay it again. Parking at The Grove isn't cheap either, but it's easy and convenient since it's a huge multi-story parking garage with digital numbers that tell you how many spots are available on each level. My go to restroom is at the top level of Barnes & Noble, but there's also one at Farmers Market. The views of The Grove from the upper levels of Barnes & Noble are nice. There's also an onsite cafe on that level. Meanwhile, this Barnes & Noble is apparently one of the biggest in the US. Around the holidays, they put up one of the tallest Christmas trees in the US. They hang flying reindeer and a sleigh above the dancing fountain. They also put up a Santa house in the middle of the street where you can take pictures with Santa for a fee. One of the changes I didn't like around the dancing fountain, which is one of the few spots with trees and shade, is that they roped it off so that it became outdoor seating for the restaurants whereas before it was open to anyone. Even though I don't live near here anymore, I still end up visiting every now and then because of nearby festivals. At this point it's so familiar to me that as another reviewer had said "It's an LA staple."

Shortly upon arrival, we figured out it's an outdoor shopping mall with an upscale mix of name brand stores, boutique shops, elevated restaurants, food court with quick bites/snack/drink vendors, and fun entertainment. Overall exterior was well cared for in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. It wasn't super busy nor crowded which is great sometimes because congestion of people traffic may make our dining and shopping experience a bit hard to handle. We got to see the Disney+ Hulu Throwbacks Mini Mall Pop Up showcased in the huge courtyard. It brought back some nostalgia. Neat retro activity! We hit the food court first since we were starving. Although those days are long gone, and many of the stores that made it "premium" are no longer here, it's better than most. There are still some good deals. It's also fairly large so you'll spend a decent amount of time walking through every section. We're usually shopping for something specific -- today it's jeans for the husband. But we always end up with more than planned. :) We browsed through many of the stores, spending much of our time at Lucky Brand, Levi's, Lululemon, adidas, The North Face and Ralph Lauren. We got the best deal on jeans at Levi's and surprisingly found a nice lightweight sweater for him at Lululemon. We like to grab a light snack or drink treat while we shop. Wetzel's Pretzels is a favorite but today we discovered that Boba Time has joined the outlets! Overall, it was a really nice day. I realized when we left that I missed going to Pottery Barn! We'll need to start on that side next time.

In the early 2010s, I've visited Guess and purchased pairs of sandals. Was not really motivated to check them out. Did visit Nike, Adidas, and Puma. Puma was not busy and had pretty decent prices. Adidas was crazy busy especially with customers interested in FIFA World Cup gear from various countries. Nike was super busy too. There's also a UPS store which is convenient, El Pollo Loco for a quick getaway meal, Wells Fargo, Buy Buy Baby, Joanne's (e or no e?) Fabric and Total Woman Gym & Spa are a few of the other residents in this plaza. I'm telling you, a little bit of e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g. You can find yourself in a bit of a pickle when it comes to parking during peak hours/seasons, but for the most part you can easily find a spot if you're okay with walking a little.

Free parking is available both in the parking garage adjacent to the mall and in non-garage parking on the east and south sides of the mall.

It was truly disgusting. I've complained this time and last time this happened (homeless man in one of the nursing stations). There should be security in the corridor, especially given that it is right next to an outlet to riverside drive. Westfield, you need to care more about the families and women supporting your establishment!
