Great team of professionals. Kind, thorough, informative. I've been going here for years, and highly recommend them.

I came into Forest Dental Park with severe tooth pain, and initially I felt like my concerns were…read moretaken seriously. Dr. Bennet said there could be an infection and recommended a series of tests. I trusted that judgment and agreed, which resulted in a thousand+ dollars in exams and X-rays--none of which showed any issues. We ultimately decided on a nightguard. Months later, I returned for a cleaning and explained that while the pain had improved, I still had flare-ups and avoided chewing on that side. I was surprised when I was given the exact same speech about needing extensive testing again for a possible infection--despite having already gone through all of that with no findings. After doing my own research, it's clear my pain is likely from clenching while I sleep. The repeated push for more testing and the implication of an infection felt like a scare tactic. On top of that, I was placed on a periodontal maintenance plan (which is more expensive) with the understanding that I could eventually return to standard cleanings. After a few visits, my hygienist--who has been great--told me I was fine to go back to regular cleanings. However, management overruled that decision. What does management know about my teeth? The experience became overwhelming. I couldn't even finish my cleaning without crying, and I ended up paying and leaving in tears. No one followed up afterward--not a call, text, or email to check in. It's disappointing because my hygienist was wonderful, and honestly the main reason I stayed as long as I did. Unfortunately, the front desk staff is unfriendly, and it's nearly impossible to get an accurate quote from them. Also consumer beware of unethical charging practices that are not disclosed. Forest Park Dental Studio seems more focused on the bottom line than the actual patient. I will not be returning.

Today my guy is in for dental surgery. Not only did the office work with him because his company…read morechanged insurance plans and he got totally wronged, but they really stepped in to help him with billing and financing it. I was texting a co-worker about the Therapy dogs and I was recalling all the benefits of that but it occurred to me that a HUGE deal for me is they use WARM water for rinsing your mouth. This does NOT seem like rocket science to me nor does it feel like this should be the exception. But it is. I NEVER had a dentist office do that. My former dental hygienist at the previous dental office used to spray the water on my tongue which really helped. But when I asked for that here, Danielle just said "hey I'll use warm water, let me know if the temperature is good." Wow. Life changed!! The kindness and courtesy is exceptional here. Every staff member has it. And the dogs are a BONUS. Sweet Rosie and Sasha bring so much joy. And the quality of care, I've never found better. They are out of network for me, but I won't go to a chain dentist. Thank GOODNESS I found them!!

Westover Dental is a dream come true. After struggling to find a good dentist in town (and…read moresuffering from tooth pain for about two years while mediocre dentists continued to aggravate the area without resolving it), someone recommended that I try Dr. Busi. Within the past few months, he's completely resolved all of my dental issues. The tooth pain is totally gone, plus some other work that I had intended to take care of years ago has also been finished. Can't mention how awesome this place is without bringing up the staff. The front desk and dental assistants are beyond friendly. They make you feel right at home and it's the kind of place you look forward to visiting. Thank you Westover!!!

I needed a molar removed and had it extracted about a month or so ago, and about 3 weeks after the…read moreextraction the molar behind it broke, not sure how because part of it just came off. The dentist only looked at it and said it needed a crown. I told him I couldn't afford a crown and requested extraction. He refused and said it is a healthy tooth. They offered a payment plan for the crown but the thing dentists won't always tell you is that you might also need a root canal, which I also cannot afford. He offered to put a little filling in the area temporarily (for $125) until I could get a crown, I asked if he was going to remove the rest of the old filling and he said no. I told him I need to shop around for some quotes, he said you can but it will just cost more money. So, since he refused to extract it I had to leave with my broken tooth. I found the county dental clinic down the road. Their dentist actually did a more thorough exam and said if I wanted to try and save the tooth it needs a root canal first before the crown because there might be an infection, which is good to know, but they could also extract the tooth if l wanted to. She told me about the dental school nearby and we decided on a filling in the tooth for now, AND she removed the old filling, also way cheaper to have this done here. She took better care of me than this dentist did. I wasn't forced to get a crown and she did a proper filling and replacement, which means I might not need a root canal or crown if I'm careful with this side of my mouth, but time will tell because it may still need a root canal. I was told dentists don't want to pull a healthy tooth for lawsuit reasons, but this tooth needs a root canal and can be extracted so I feel like I was being taken advantage of and was offered sub-par care, being offered a filling and leaving the old broken filling behind. If he had put a crown on it and then needed a root canal they would have to drill through it or remove it, and if I couldn't afford the root canal it would it would have been $700 down the hole and no tooth. Also not sure why my tooth broke right after the extraction next to it, maybe he cracked/broke it when pulling the other? I want my money back for wasting my time there.
