I was thrilled to have gotten him into the program, but that's about where the thrill ended. My son is still in the process of potty training- he has accidents from time to time which is normal for his age. I was assured that it wouldn't be an issue with the class he was entering, and that the teachers would help remind him to go. Instead of giving him a new pullup before or after nap, or even at any point in the day, my son sat in the same one I dropped him off in. I brought it to the attention of the director, who assured me it would be rectified in short order. Instead, on Friday my son came home with a rash all over his private parts and booty because they'd left him in a swim diaper FOR 8 HOURS. I contacted the director who told me we could move him to a lower class, and no real explanation as to why this issue was continuing. If it continues, I will be removing my child from the school. Edited to add update: Bailey actually responded really well with the situation. Most of my issues were resolved because of her swift action at fixing the problem.

Both directors are very experienced in this field. They work hard to be on top of every issue at their school, which gives you a good feeling when you go there every day as a parent. The place is always clean and organized. the staff Ms. Maria, Nina, Holly, Karen ....are very friendly and caring. The management is truly committed to providing your child with a safe, fun, and loving environment throughout the year, especially their summer amp is really unique. I'm grateful for their hours as well, it is important since not everyone worked a 9am to 5 pm job. The days that the school is closed are minimal, and you have the calendar schedule in advance. one of my favorite moments was when I dropped off my little one, she turned around and said bye mommy, and made her way to her class. She had Mrs. Lloyd as her Teacher and I have nothing but fantastic things to say about her. The Director, Mrs. De Haro is also amazing. Everyone is so friendly and warm and they really do love their kiddos. They communicate with the parents very well. You can always reach out to Mrs. Lloyd or De Haro and they always get back to you pretty quickly. They have a few events during the school year like field trips and parties. The only downside are their hours and that is only because I work full time. BUT, from what I understand, they will be extending their hours before and after school if you want to pay the additional fee. Honestly, they are the best school I have ever experienced and we are so sad to be leaving.
