It started off a little rocky and then quickly became a landslide: on Tuesday around 6:30pm I got a call that my Wednesday 6:00pm appointment had to be rescheduled because the nurse who was scheduled can't do Cool Sculpting, and on top of that if I wanted the Fresno location I couldn't get rescheduled until September, so I went ahead and rescheduled for the Clovis location. On Wednesday I did my video pre-check and then I promptly received a confirmation text about my confirmed appointment for Wednesday at 3:00pm at the Fresno location. I immediately called back to verify my appointment for Thursday and they apologized and corrected the confirmation. Fast forward to Thursday at 5:20pm (right after I had pulled into the parking lot) I get a text saying that the nurse on the schedule is not trained to perform Cool Sculpting and my appointment has been cancelled. So I go ahead and walk in to see what is going on; the young lady at the front explains how this happened and that it seems to only happen with remote scheduling and apologizes. I'm more blown away that this is not a smoother operation; these sessions are not cheap. To be shuffled between two different locations and rescheduled/cancelled on twice before ever even setting foot in the facility is beyond ridiculous. At this point I don't believe rescheduling is even worth it, I will probably be requesting a full refund. read more

I had my first treatment done at LaserAway today and it was 10/10. I can't speak for the results itself, yet , but I think experience is a huge factor for these types of services. I had my full Brazilian done, which was obviously nerve wracking. Molly and Brit, up front, made me feel comfortable right away. My laser tech, Anu, made me feel so comfortable. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at LaserAway and feel compelled to share what happened in hopes of finally resolving my situation. I purchased and financed a treatment package through PatientFi that was supposed to include 8-10 sessions. Unfortunately, I only received 3 sessions before everything fell apart. From the very beginning, my skin reacted poorly. After each session, I experienced significant peeling and irritation, and despite going through 3 appointments, I didn't notice any improvement at all. I spoke with Ricky, who told me that results typically show after more than 3 treatments--but because of how sensitive my skin is and how uncomfortable the reactions were, I decided I did not want to continue. What made things worse is that after those first 3 sessions, no one from LaserAway ever contacted me to schedule the next appointment, despite the fact that my autopay with PatientFi continued. I tried calling again to schedule, was left on hold, and never received a call back. There was zero follow-up from the office. Fast-forward to last week--I received an email saying PatientFi reported a late payment to my credit. My credit score dropped drastically, all while I'm still being charged for a package I never finished and no longer wish to continue due to my adverse reactions. At this point, I am simply asking for the unused portion of my package to be refunded and for LaserAway to notify PatientFi so the financing can reflect the corrected amount. I don't think it's fair to be charged for sessions I never received, especially after the lack of communication and the skin sensitivity issues I experienced. I hope someone from management reaches out and helps resolve this, because up until now it has been incredibly frustrating and stressful. I purchased a 10 session package for laser tattoo removal. I was called the day of on both sessions to try to either move my appt up or back. The third session I went in, waited 1 hour 20 min and had to leave without my treatment because I had another appt scheduled. My 4th session was cancelled the day before due to some maintenance that needed to be done on the machine. I called and requested that my remaining sessions be refunded. I paid a total of $1400 and they subtracted $560 for two sessions ( regular pricing without the package) I had two sessions and there were no visible results on the tattoo. Pain was as described, like a pin prick or rubber band snap except for the feet/toes. Thankfully Nurse Regan paused and let me catch my breath before she finished the toes. I shopped around for a while for laser treatment. The consultant with Laser Away gave the highest estimate, but convinced me by selling this as the results being "virtually hairless" and not having to shave again. Overall, the hair is much thinner and easier to maintain, but definitely not "virtually hairless". The staff is friendly, but ultimately it's WAY too expensive and I was not happy with the results I got for that price. I have friends that got laser for way less and better results. The last two appointments at the Clovis and Fresno location were both awful. I will never waste my money or go to laser away for any services. It is a huge disappointment when you schedule an appointment and you show up to find out that your appointment was never scheduled. Then my face treatment appointment was a terrible experience since the nurse did not apply the fillers correctly. Due to that I had to go back to have the fillers dissolve then do the process again. Let me tell you that after all that process. I am back at square one with the same issue with another nurse at another location messing up my face treatment. Just awful! I had to pay extra money else where to have the problem fixed by another company. What a waste of time and money. Such an embarrassing experience. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my last visit to your Clovis, California location last July. I originally purchased the hair and tattoo removal package in Los Angeles. This was my third visit, and on both previous occasions, the numbing cream was applied by the staff. However, while I was visiting the area, I paid an additional $150 for the numbing cream packaging here (which I wasn't aware of the charge prior). I also found it odd that during this visit, I was put into a room and given numbing cream in a cup with a wooden stick, some plastic wrap, and a mirror to apply it myself. I am unsure if this change in procedure is now the standard practice at your establishment because that didn't happen the last two times in LA. I reached out to corporate via Instagram and email. No response via email and and then just an initial response to my concern via Instagram but nothing after that. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I paid over $2000 for a package that included Brazilian and under arms. With only one treatment left out of the 8 I purchased, I have seen absolutely zero change in hair growth. Before every appointment I would let the person know that there had been no change, and they would indicate they were increasing the laser strength, but I never saw any results. According to them when I started, I was the perfect candidate because I have lighter skin tone and dark hair. When I contacted corporate to inquire about any sort of guarantee or partial refund, I was told that laser treatment has zero guarantees and the best they could do is offer 50% off additional treatments.
