Scheduled an appointment for under arm laser removal. I was rescheduled twice by the facility. The day before my appointment I was emailed a form to have completed by my physician giving clearance due to a medication I am currently taking. That is almost impossible to get completed in time. I was a long time client and had received several treatments on various areas. Long term results have been a failure for me with about 90-95% of the hair growth come back. It may seem like the treatments are working after receiving them a couple of times, but if you stop doing it, you will notice the hair grows back like before (especially after a couple months). And to argue against this in saying that I would've needed to receive at least 6 treatments for noticeable results, wouldn't be applicable to me -- because I've done more than that and have spent thousands of dollars to-date with no results to show for. A waste of time and money for me. But to each their own, if it works for others, great. Just wanted to enlighten others based on my personal experience. As far as the staff, the manager and some of the nurses are great. read more

I went in for laser hair removal, I let the technician know that the past times I have been treated at Sev that they missed spots of the treatment area. She said okay and that she'd take her time. However it was the same result post treatment, there was spots on the area that were not treated. I have received laser treatment on the same area at a different clinic and it was much better. read more

Super helpful and response team. Scheduling the initial appointment was very easy. There are several forms you have to sign, but they're all digital and can be easily completed from your phone. I was somewhat surprised they require a telehealth visit (FaceTime) with a nurse practitioner before the first visit, but it was super fast. They have a great text reminder system and if there are any delays on appointment day they are great about texting you throughout the day letting you know. I've never had to wait me then 5 minutes. The actual laser treatment is done very professionally and in my experience works amazingly well. I was expecting it to be painful, but it really isn't. Maybe a slight sting. After the first treatment there was so much less growth I really didn't need to shave for at least a couple of weeks. Would definitely recommend to others. read more

I was recommend to Sev by a co worker and what caught my attention was the affordability. I took my teenager to get laser and she had a great experience. The nurse was gentle and patient, she did a great job making sure my daughter felt safe. The front of house was pleasant they guided us through check in and check out. I appreciate the patience from all staff. Next session we both had laser treatments and again great experience with the nurse and front of house. This last experience we had another great experience with the nurse. The front of house however the experience was more lack luster. I was having some issues with checking in my daughter (previously had no issues) since both of our appointments are under the same phone number. When I advised front desk, she proceeded to tell me that they needed 2 different phone numbers to check in. I let her know because she's a minor I elected to not have her number used in the event I forgot an appointment I would get the reminders and avoid complications with no call no show fees. She let me know that I'm order for us to get checked in we needed another number. She did edit the phone number and we were able to check in. I did tell her that good feedback to their call center that they were not informed of the different phone number situations because when I booked both appointments over the phone they asked if I wanted to use the same phone number. She got defensive and began rambling about their policy and that the call center doesn't know, that they don't have training so on and so fourth. Being in management and now having a call center book my centers appointments I get that mistakes happen. I was simply providing helpful feedback for them to relay the message. I walked away from the conversation feeling like it was scolded for providing useful feedback. I still am giving 5 stars because of the great experience that the nurse and previous front of house gave. I really hope this was a one off situation and the young lady was not having a good day. read more

I have been a long time customer of SEV in Southern California and could not be more disappointed in the Fresno location. I have received laser hair removal treatments from SEV for two years and never had any issues. One the drive home from my treatment in Fresno, my legs began to burn so horribly I was almost in tears. When I got home I realized my technician lasered a sun spot I have had on my legs for years. Additionally, she had burned my legs. I have circular spots ALL over my calf. Two months later, after treating it with the proper care recommended by SEV, I still have distinct discoloration on my legs. Please avoid this business unless you want permanent damage to your body. It was my first time walking into Sev Laser and I was gonna go check it out because I've done laser before but I wanted to go to a new location to see better results. Let me just say I just turned 18 and I'm a new adult so I don't know much about how my body is changing and stuff. My mom was with me and she knows how everything is. So when an employee called me I asked if my mom can come with me. They said yes until one rude and obnoxious lady on the front desk, which had tan skin and light brown hair gave my mom an attitude that she can't come and I'm an adult and I have to do things myself. Again, I just turned 18, I am supposed to learn how to do things myself with the help of my mom. But this lady wouldn't let my mom in so after my session they asked if I wanna put an appointment I said I'll let you guys know and didn't walk back to the clinic again. I would like to see some more progress from employees and how they treat customers with mothers wanting to come support their daughters. This is just unacceptable. read more
