Ali is one of it not, the most talented masseuse I have ever been to. And I have had to go a lot. After I had surgery I couldn't put my back down and have good posture because of all the knots. I thought maybe it was still the muscle healing. So for four long years I have tried everything from massage, pysio, chiro, accupuntre wil not relief. And my pain proceeded to get much worse. I hike and bike so much that deep tissue massage is just not enough..... I do get deep tissue massages from Ali at least twice a month but still needed an additional protocol to release some more tension, help me sleep and recently had a shoulder injury which did not heal completely. Ali has suggested cupping, which I heard of this technique but had not experienced it until last week! I did my research thought why not give a try; I have nothing to lose.... Ali explained everything while setting up the cupping massage and it feels just like a deep tissue massage but you can feel the muscles relax almost immediately. Being a massage therapist myself, I have had massages from more therapists than I can remember. Because I'm a therapist, I'm also very picky in what techniques, pressure, flow, even music playing, that I like. Ali has never once disappointed me. In fact, she has continued to amaze me with new moves and knowledge each time I have gone to see her. She can work out injuries from any sport I take on, no matter how extreme, haha. I don't know how Ali does what she does...but I'm thankful for it. My boyfriend and I both adore her. Call me slightly masochistic...but I love really deep tissue massages (especially when they hurt so good), and it's tough to find someone who has the ability or desire to go deep enough into the muscle to undo the tension I have stored in my neck and shoulders. Ali has been my massage therapist since she got her license to practice. From the start she was the best I had every experienced. Sitting at a computer all day, shooting a camera all weekend, riding my motorcycle on long trips or all of the above take a toll on my back. Sometime upper sometimes lower. Ali gives an awesome deep tissue massage! She really knows how to take care of you. I have had surgery in my lumbar spine and massage has brought back so much mobility to my body. Just because I've had surgery doesn't mean I got a fluffy massage that my kids could give me. Ali's massage was perhaps the best I've had in years. She is amazing at a deep tissue massage -- she was not afraid to use pressure where pressure was needed, and I felt much better right away!
