The relaxation room overlooks the lake and has chocolates, snacks, and fancy infused water, so basically it's a trap to keep you from Leaving! I had a wonderful experience at Inspire Spa. Everyone was attentive and welcoming, and the little touches made the visit feel extra special. My husband and I both had massages with Claire and Jessenia and they were excellent. Rose, who checked me in, was great from start to finish. She made me feel comfortable right away and was so helpful throughout my visit. The relaxation room was one of my favorite parts. It had a beautiful view that made it feel even more peaceful, along with yummy treats like chocolates, dried fruit, tea, and fruit-infused water. Since the room is co-ed, I felt a little uncomfortable being in just a robe at first, but Rose immediately made accommodations and set me up in a private space until my massage, which I really appreciated. I also thought it was super thoughtful that in the women's locker room they had a jar of rubber bands. Such a small detail, but very convenient after a massage. It had been years since my last experience so I booked a facial. I'd never had a facial before. This time, I was introduced to the bathroom and relaxation area and provided a robe and slippers. The relaxation area is small but has tea and chocolates. The water dispenser didn't work. Maybe it was clogged. The facial was relaxing, but maybe I'm not a facial person because I left wishing I'd booked a massage instead. And even worse, I lost an earring during the facial that hasn't been recovered. I left a review on here a while ago about my experience and the issues I had with my payment. Since then, the facility reached out to me to make amends with the issue and redeem themselves. I received an email with an apology for the payment issue and an offer to come back to the facility for a free massage to make up for the problem. I decided to take the offer and visited again. This time, my experience went really well all the way around. Me and my boyfriend returned (having to pay for one massage). The facility was still clean and the staff were all super friendly. My massage was done very well. My boyfriend and I were put in separate rooms this time and got to enjoy our massages. I was very relaxed and my masseuse was making sure I was comfortable the whole time. Everything was very nice, I even almost fell asleep. I am very happy that the facility reached out to me after my first review. Even though the issue was something minor they wanted to make it right. The service is excellent and the staff is amazing. I had theee best facial with Lizzie on Saturday (11/22)! It was doing ittt outside, raining, lightning and cloudy skies but nothing and I mean nothing was going to keep me from that facial... lol From the time I walked in the ladies at the front were so sweet and welcoming. I was taken back to change into a very nice robe, like I wanted to go home in it (haaa). From there I waited in the relaxation room along with my mimosa (Heyyy now). Lizzie came in a few mins after I sat down. We started with a skin assessment. Lizzie listens, communicates clearly and helps you determine the best products for your skin. I chose the custom facial since I was not sure what I wanted prior to the service. I would totally do the custom facial again. They also offer the Hydra facial which I will try sometimes in the near future. Lizzie has magical hands and you can really tell she is so passionate about what she does. She took her time, answered any questions I had, gave recommendations and just really showed she cared. Her massage during the facial was aaaamazing. When she was finished my skin was Glowing and so soft. It was the best facial I have ever had. She is fire!! I am so excited to schedule my next facial with her in a couple months!! For Mother's Day this year, I decided I deserved some pampering and so did my MIL and GMIL (grandmother-in-law)... From the moment I inquired about availability and booked our services a few weeks ahead of time to the moment we checked out and left, everyone we interacted with by phone and in person were super sweet and professional as well. I received email confirmations and reminders leading up, which is much appreciated! While Inspire Day Spa is not a large space, they keep it clean and it has great energy and vibes. The relaxation room overlooks a walking path and some water and offers iced tea and lemonade as well as some sweet treats. The locker room is also a bit small but has everything you need. The pricing is fair for what you get and the products are wonderful... I purchased an amazing avocado face cream that was recommended by Karen, my provider. This was a wonderful spa experience! Upon booking, the concierge was so kind and attentive and answered all my questions. Upon arriving, guests will check in & be directed to a large waiting area in the back with refreshments. After completing paperwork, you may go to your respective locker rooms according to sex to change into a robe and slippers which are provided. The locker rooms have private restrooms, shower stalls, lockers, and laundry. It is also very clean. After changing, guests can return to the waiting area until called by your masseuse. The masseuse will guide you to your private room to enjoy your massage. The masseuse we had reviewed the health questionnaire, inquired about problem areas, & made us feel very comfortable. The ambience is so relaxing which enhances the wonderful massage! If you book the romance package, you will also receive a charcuterie board with champagne and an extra hour to enjoy the refreshments with your spouse after the massage is done. The service here is first rate! I was treated like royalty. The waiting area has a lovely view of a lake, and has fruit infused water and various snacks. I was greeted with a choral "Hiiiii" upon entry that caught me off guard because it was as if they practiced it but I could tell they were immensely genuine. I received a brief tour before getting ready for the experience. The body wrap with Amanda was great. It left my skin feeling as smooth as a babies bottom. She was kind and informed me of the practice as I naturally am inquisitive. The massage with Cristal was out of this world. We spent some time trying to find the right pressure between medium and firm and she was extremely kind and patient during that process. Then I dozed off only to awaken and to nasal drainage, a need to pee and slight disorientation. I couldn't remember where I was and I had to get my bearings for a second. While this sounds awful it's absolutely what you want to experience after a 90 min massage. I had lunch on the patio and the green goddess was absolutely light and delicious. I finished my day with a facial by Tracie. She was patient. She informed me of the process. She recommended treatments to maintain my skin and enhance the glow while minimizing the aging process. And her TUCK is phenomenal. Talk about being SNUG AS A BUG IN A RUG!! This was my first grown woman spa day, a gift to myself for no reason because who needs to earn rest?! I had a wonderful experience here with my significant other. We did the romance by the lake package and it was such a relaxing time. Our masseuses did an incredible job on us both. They had a relaxation room to wait in facing the lake with a great view and some tasty snacks and drinks. The room we got our massages in also had a nice view and was very relaxing. Finally, with the romance by the lake package we got 2 glasses of champagne, a charcuterie board, and an assortment of chocolate covered strawberries. The charcuterie board, chocolate covered strawberries and champagne, were an absolute delight! The time in the same room, following our massages, was spectacular. I got a tour of the spa and quick instructions on how to use the lockers. Relaxation room was great, tea was delicious. Now, the best part of my spa experience - Heather. I've had several facials before but Heather's was by FAR the best. I went in wanting microneedling, but after she took a look at my skin and read over my skin concerns, she recommended I get Hydrafacial instead. So glad I listened because that is exactly what my skin needed. My skin was GLOWING after the treatment and Heather showed me all the gunk that came out of my face at the end. She even put out tinted sunscreen at the front desk simply because I was interested in buying what she used on my face but happened to mention I normally wear tinted sunscreen for work. I have never had the opportunity to attend a spa before and so when I was given a gift card for Christmas this year to inspire day spa, I was both excited and nervous. The staff at inspire made my morning there incredibly enjoyable. I received the inspire package and was brought to the bathroom to change into a robe and enjoy their tranquil waiting room. The changing room had a wonderful sign sharing that they love all bodies and have larger robes upon request which I loved as I support and advocate for body inclusivity, this was a major plus! I received a wonderful massage and then headed into my facial. Tracie was amazing! This was the best facial I've ever had as the esthetician was so kind and gentle, sharing the steps and products in such a friendly manner, complimented my skin, and made sure I was comfortable! I went based on Yelp reviews to select which place to book since we're not from the area and I'm so glad I landed on Inspire Day Spa. I've had a handful of massages before at other places, but this one exceeded all the rest. They thought of all the small details. My boyfriend and I loved the eucalyptus scent during the massage. The massage was so relaxing and the couples massage room was very nice. The locker rooms need their own praise as well. They were so clean and added to the overall relaxation of the experience. They provide you with a robe and slippers to change into - even just for a massage! I assumed you would have to pay for a spa day package to get to use all of the facilities, but nope! It's wonderful. There were large, clean showers (and that eucalyptus spray again!). Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone. It's tucked away in a shopping strip mall which I wasn't expecting but also didn't matter - just mentioning for location purposes. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly by the staff at the counter and immediately whisked away to change and prepare for relaxation. I mentioned it was my birthday and the manager offered glasses of champagne. We sipped on them and enjoyed fresh snacks while we waited for our aestheticians to arrive. We each had massages and while mine was adequate my friend LOVED hers. In addition, I had the Face Me, Back Me package which includes a back scrub and facial.
