I was referred here by an outside doctor due to lower back pain following a car accident. The…read morepeople are friendly enough, but there is no progression of treatment. They just do the same thing every session, regardless of how you are feeling. It is just a giant room with 20 beds. You sign in with the receptionist and then walk in back to the PT room. Generally, no one greets you. You are then left trying to figure out where to go or what to do. When you finally get assigned a table, there is usually not one therapist working with you the whole time. You lay there with heat until they feel like coming back to you...could be one minute or thirty minutes. Shouldn't there be a plan for how long you should be on the heat? They assign you exercises and walk away and then charge $115 for "supervised exercise". The therapists ask you what else you need done...you should be telling me, not asking me!! It was just a very stressful experience at every appointment. Jonathan is great but the rest of the staff are hit or miss. There are a lot of 20 something's who seem more interested in flirting with each other than treating the patients. They are also always eating!!! There is an office when you first walk in and the therapists are always running back in there in the middle of your treatment and eating. I'm not a stuffy person but the environment is far too casual for my liking. I prefer my medical appointments to feel like I'm receiving care, they know who I am and what is supposed to be happening. That didn't happen here. I went 2-3 times a week for 3 or 4 weeks and the only progress I made was toward my insurance deductible. I felt no better after all the treatments than the day I walked in. I ultimately cancelled all remaining appointments and no one contacted me to follow up on my treatment - they just don't care. If you need physical therapy, I highly recommend going to a smaller practice where you will get more individualized and professional care.

In six weeks, I made such significant progress while working with Ryan. I regained so much mobility and it really makes a difference in my everyday movement being pain free. We arrived at 4:30 due to my work hours and they closed at five. It must've been the right timing because we were out by 503 complete with a sling, x-rays and a diagnosis. From the front desk, to the nurse, to the x-ray tech, to the physicians assistant everyone was really friendly despite the fact that we were there right before they closed. We would absolutely recommend their urgent care ortho services bypassing a traditional urgent care. They are experts in bone injuries and get the job done right!

Fortunately, this impression has been validated every time I have gone for subsequent sessions. Todd, the lead physical therapist there, is truly outstanding at what he does. He brings immense kindness, focus, and dedication to his work, and he knows precisely how to move my arm so that the right muscles are stretched without getting inflamed. He gives very clear instructions for the exercises I need to do at home; they are simple and beneficial, not overwhelming as I feared they might be. Nancy is wonderful and has really helped my mom a lot with regaining mobility and strength in her wrist. They are really helpful and flexible with scheduling appointments, and they have been the silver lining of an unfortunate situation for my mom. I'm so thankful for their positive role in her recovery.
