She promptly prepared new forms for me to fill out and informed me about billing. I was then brought back for vitals and blood work by Mercedes. She did an absolutely outstanding job! Once in the exam room she diligently but delicately instructed me on how to put on the gown for examination. I was more than astonished at her very good work! It did not take long before the PA Carlos came in the room to perform examination. He was very gentle and understanding. I had many questions since I am going to travel out of the country soon and I wanted information on which vaccines I needed. He went the extra mile and printed out a list of vaccines he recommended!
