They had a fun spring find the flower in the office hunt with a prize at the end which kept my daughter interested despite her fears. Everyone was super welcoming, and friendly. The office was super clean as well. Our consultation was informative and I love that they don't take impressions *gag* but digital images as everything in the office seems advanced in technology. I am so impressed by this orthodontist and the entire office. Every single person I came into contact with was so kind and welcoming, and everyone had a smile on their faces. There is an energy in the office that I have not experienced anywhere else. Not to mention they have amazing technology to scan your teeth, and Dr. Peterson went over the results immediately after the scans. I started seeing Dr. Peterson in 2020 after my cousin, a dentist, advised me to see her for my ortho care if I wanted her to do my veneers. My cousin Dr. Angarita, and Dr. Peterson work on many complex cases, mine included. The thought of getting braces in my late 20s/early 30s wasn't something I wanted, and she was right when she said I'd pay dearly, which I inevitably did due to my bite being off, which led me to grind all my teeth. Even though I live in East Hollywood and trust my cousin wholeheartedly, the thought of driving 40 miles each way was something I didn't want to do. Finally, I caved in and consulted with her regarding my teeth care. I must say, from the moment I met her, I felt at ease, and I knew she was the person who would get me where I needed to get for my cousin to do my veneers...so I pulled the trigger! It took three years to the day, but my teeth are finally where my cousin needs them to be to get into my veneers. Throughout the process, Dr. Peterson and her staff have been exceptional. I can't say enough good things about all of them; they make you feel like you are part of their ortho family! Although there are a few things, I'll still need to see Dr. Peterson for my nephew, who lives in Santa Clarita and is also a patient of hers. I CANNOT highly recommend Dr. Peterson and her fantastic staff. From the consultation to the actual procedure I felt like we were at the right price. I am sure you don't hear this too often but Rachel, the insurance and billing consultant, was a pleasure to work with. She explained the costs and coverage in a way that I could understand. There was no pressure to schedule I have been to a couple dentists/orthos that make you feel like you are at a used car dealership; this was not true for this group! I was given the payment options and felt comfortable knowing that if I didn't go with them there would be no guilt tripping. Flash forward to today; my 10 year old son was seen by Nicole to get the braces put on and OH MY GOODNESS BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! My 7 year old daughter was soooo interested and Nicole explained everything to not only my son but also my daughter.
