He took over my daughter's treatment after another orthodontist had left her teeth in worse shape. He created a thoughtful treatment plan and has given her so much confidence in her smile again. I now started my own orthodontic treatment about two months ago and from day one I've had a wonderful experience. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming and professional. We're baaaack! I'm now here with son #3 and because of his condition, Invisalign was recommended for him as it would be easier for him to care for his teeth (easier flossing, etc). We worked with Kylene and Dr. Bottala for his initial consult and once again we had a positive experience. Unfortunately due to his wheelchair not fitting in the X-ray machine, we were unable to get that done, but we were still able to move forward with getting his Invisalign. Yvonne was the person who helped him with getting his Invisalign set up in his teeth and went over all the do's and don'ts of caring for them. She also told him about the patient rewards hub app where he can get points for various things and redeeming his points for gift cards. Great incentive to get the patients motivated to take better care of their teeth! I don't think they had this program when my first son was here a few years ago, but when he was a patient, they didn't offer any incentives, so this is a nice new perk! I really like this office for ortho procedures. I did also get a consult from my regular dental office for his braces, but I just really liked the facilities available here and the fact that they had more appointments that could work with our schedule, so we came back. Plus, in addition to prizes, they have all these fun things for kids like video games while they wait. It's a no brainer, if you need orthodontic service, just come here. read more

From the front office and back office staff to the orthodontists themselves, this place has been incredible! My daughter was fortunate enough to have Dr. Hsu and Hannah as her main team, and we couldn't have asked for better care. Hannah has such a gentle hand and an engaging personality that my daughter felt immediately at ease with her. She actually looked forward to going to the orthodontist every 4-6 weeks, even though she knew it meant her teeth would be so sore afterward! Dr. Hsu is kind, funny, and incredibly skilled at what she does. We left every appointment with a clear plan, and we really appreciated how well she explained everything so we understood what was happening throughout the entire process. This office is filled with such positive energy, and it's obvious that everyone truly enjoys working there. Dr. Bottala is also very personable and appears to be very well-respected by his staff. Although my daughter only saw him once, she really liked him as well. He and Dr. Hsu have created an amazing orthodontic practice. You truly can't go wrong with this office - your kids (and you!) will be in great hands! My daughter got her braces off last week, and it was bittersweet for both of us. We will truly miss this office because, over the past couple of years, they've become almost like a second family to us. Thank you. We appreciate Dr. Hsu for her attention to detail and excellent patient care. We also greatly appreciate Rosie and Hannah for their welcoming friendly attitudes and for making it a comfortable experience for our teens who are sometimes anxious regarding the process. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their patients. We've had good experiences with all the office staff but especially appreciate those three. The office and stations are always clean, they have a program for the kids to earn rewards, and they're constantly announcing promotions. I started my Invisalign treatment here in November of 2025. I wore braces as a teen and failed to use my retainer for more than one year and my teeth shifted.
