Love my new and improved smile! Saw both Dr. Jenkins and Dr. Hodgson, they are both so friendly and take the time to get to know you. My treatment took a little longer than projected but that was due to covid closures. The office took various precautions when open again and made it a safe and comfortable environment. Near the end of my treatment, Dr. Hodgson worked with me to correct tiny imperfections in my smile until I was happy with the overall results. She always made an effort to explain what our goal was for each appointment and how soon I should see changes by. I would strongly suggest coming here for your orthodontic needs. read more

Beware Beware! This place is a scam. Do not make the mistake that we did. Take my word for it. Do not go to this place! We spent our almost $6k for my daughter's braces. Everything was fine except for the few times they tried to up sell us and make us feel like we were buying a car. It wasn't until 11 months later after my daughter got her braces where I knew... that Jenkins is a scam shop. My daughter who religiously takes care of her retainer, was wearing it like she always does, when the wire in it snapped. We made an appt to show Jenkins. They had my daughter lay down while they inspected it. Called me over and "with a smile" explained that they had no idea how it could have broken because it was kept and very well maintained. They told me I had to get her a new one at the cost of $300.00. I told her we only had this one for 11 months and what's your assurance that it won't happen again. She just smiled and shook her head, we don't know if it will break again or not. I asked if the new one we buy breaks in 6 months will we have to pay another $300.00. She smiled and said yes, $300.00 more. They are purposely selling faulty retainers to scam their customers. I plan on hiring someone to investigate and see how many other of their customers have been scammed. I will follow up with contact info and post it here in case someone is reading this that has experienced the same scam. Again, don't go to this place! You have been WARNED!! read more

I was impressed by the friendly greeting and welcome packet sent to me by this office. When we came in for consultation, everything was thoroughly explained to us for my child's treatment. This being my fourth child going into braces(two had two phases) I am familiar with the process but by far this is the most thorough doctor I have ever seen. The office manager Cori took the time to get to know our family and I really appreciate that since we will be spending the next two years with this office. Hands down Dr. Jenkins knows great customer service and it shows in all of the staff. I even showed off the welcome letter to my own staff to say "Customer service makes the difference in where people will spend their money" another ortho office treated us like a hinderance and Jenkins Orthodontics ended up getting our business. Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service very unprofessional staff. Took my son for ortho appt @8:45 their office was behind schedule (I needed to get son back to school). After waiting an hr I questioned about how much longer till he is taken back. After being seen my son was upset stating while getting worked on Amanda (the one I ques bout how much longer it would be) was making rude comments about me and other patients that have ques their office..To make matters worse when I tried to address the Dr. about this issue "office manager" Corey ends up calling me back only making situation worse. Dr. Jenkins and staff have been very professional and extremely friendly. They have gone above and beyond the needs of my girls. Both my girls have gone through orthodontic care and everything that they needed was done. Whenever we have been out and about we have alway had someone comment on how beautiful their teeth look. I have been with this office since 2009 when we moved from out of state. Dr. Jenkins continued the care for my braces and I was happy. The staff and Dr Jenkins were very nice back then. I brought my kids back to this office 3 years ago and have current treatment. I saw the changes in this office maybe it's because they have more patients now. One thing I wasnt happy is the scheduling. Staff should expect the kids to go to their office after school. It is very hard to make appointments especially after school. As a parent, I dont want my kids to miss instructional hours because of these appointments. The schools are very strict now of limiting doctor's appointments so as not to miss school. They should at least open one weekend a month to accommodate the kids. Another thing that I am not happy with, the staff have lessened the good customer service in comparison from the time I was going there several years ago. read more
