Even though it wore off before pushing, everything went smoothly and went very well, I couldn't have asked for better people! We had the option to leave the day of, but we were so comfortable we stayed an extra day, and thank goodness we did because they gave us so much useful information we didn't even think to ask. They weren't busy hanging at the station. . Had supper only the night before .. too lazy to call for diet order. Long story short I was abused it was unfounded due to not being a dependent adult . I'm 5 " 135 lbs and very disabled due to post polio syndrome . Can do personal cares only . Yet two nurses falsified witness statements saying I grabbed a 160lb stocky young nurse and dragged her around the roomtotally impossible. But that wasnt part of their criteria. Old boomer nurse former state inspector, claims analyst. I told Dr Dr defransco , I was up crying all night .,. Told three different staff and gave state their names . I reported to abuse advocate nurse. She agreed with the falsified witness . Got all my records and billing . Reconciled everything . Those two false statements were the only documentation in my chart about my abuse. Where's the missing documentation? Dr defransco knew . No documentation from him about it? I was so upset he offered me to go home early which I took. But I had been telling everyone about my abuse . But he failed to tell me my labs were not even in the low range. . Found that on my labs . Not a safe discharge . no documentation in any records I had called my gp after the abuse . He was the only one that protected me . He documented every word I said. Found Dr defrancso and methowest er billed the highest trauma code for my visit a trauma code? That way they get paid more for their services but u get stuck with what insurance doesn't pay . That called fraud. I was charged for many services I never received yet Medicare paid for . Dr defransco charged full h & p when he never touched me . Missing controlled meds I never got but were billed no documentation about my requests for care, my abuse , my trauma, my crying all night ? They did have a Medicaid review due to this . This is my opinion only but I'veI done this type of reviews for many years my opinion only . This is a total abuse coverup and fraud story . But that just my opinion. I'm just warning people . With Reynolds s restructuring the board of nursing is behind and due to the high number of an abuse cases in nursing homes we are in a real crisis! . He gave us a clear plan of what the next steps were and made sure to handle our little one with care. We had our second appointment with Dr. Kumar (Surgeon) for a small umbilical issue. He was able to treat right in office, and he and his staff that were in the room were super nice and very kind. They were very gentle with my son and made sure we knew what they were doing every step of the way. It was a very easy and stress free experience! Staff was super friendly and helpful, and the waiting area is nice and bright. The staff and doctors made sure we knew that we could call and even get after hours help if we had any questions or concerns.

I had my first colonoscopy today at 52 yrs old. I had a huge amount of anxiety with it for a…read morecouple of reasons. My heart rate and blood pressure reflected that anxiety. Let's call the first one masculinity issues...I won't go in depth on that, but I think most men get it. Women will think it's stupid because they have things done that are way more intrusive. The second one was fear of the results. I've lost friends to cancer, I've seen others fight it and recover, and I know people who live with it currently. It's never a good thing. I started a clear liquid diet at 500 pm on Wednesday. I drank the first half of my prep from 400 pm - 600 pm on Thursday. I had to get up and drink the rest of the prep at 245 am - 445 this morning. Lots of trips to the bathroom and a couple rolls of toilet paper. Drinking the prep was the worst part (and not eating real food for 40+ hrs). I didn't flavor it or anything. It's a little thick and best chased with some water. Check in at 715 am and the procedure was scheduled at 845 am. During the check in you get undressed, gowned up, and they start a fluid IV. Vitals check. In my case they asked a lot of medical history questions at this point too. When it's time you walk to the procedure room, you lay down and they go over the procedure with you, and then the sedation is started. The procedure takes 15 min to an hour or so. Mine took less than 30 min...I think. I don't really remember anything that happened in the procedure room after the doctor (Dr He) discussed the procedure with me. I thought I'd be in a semi-conscious twilight sleep. I was completely out. I don't remember anything until I was in recovery. You are required to have a driver because of the sedation. I'm glad my gf was there because I don't even remember some of what was said in recovery. I had no discomfort. Then you get dressed and go home... We were in the car by 1000 am. Bottom line it really wasn't that bad and I'm not sure why I was so worried. If you suffer from the same fears that I do/did. Don't. Having fears is normal and okay, but don't sacrifice your own health because of them. It's a necessary screening process as we age. Oh by the way. Clean bill of health. No polyps... The service I received from everyone here was no less than stellar from scheduling to intake to recovery. A real class act!

They have a free charging station for phones near the TV on the far end. Several TV and chairs spaced out throughout the first floor. Restrooms are not clearly found if not looking for them. Also. The suites are not readily visible all the time. Look up and you'll find the suite numbers hanging most of the time, but I wish they made it a little more obvious. After the procedure, I was able to enter the office and stay in the recovery room with the patient. Staff inside were exceptional and very attentive. Update from doctor was brief but informative. Nursing staff did a great job at discharge and prepping us for at home care.

I'll start by saying this place does a fine job helping with lower back pain. No complaints there…read more Where I will complain and recommend people look for another chiropractor is in their billing practices, especially if you have insurance. At the end of each of my visits I paid $50. The appointment was then billed to my insurance company to count towards my deductible. What was never told to me was that they billed an additional $20 per visit for "stretching." This is a way of saying you sat on an air cushion while you waited for your appointment. Insurance will obviously not pay this and I got stuck with the bill. In full transparency, after complaining they did drop the fee but not without telling me "this is common practice" and "had I not used my insurance the billing would be different." I imagine that means that charge would not exist. Chiropractor friends I have in other states tell me that this is not common practice and is just an attempt to shakedown insurance companies for more money. If you're going to use them I would say don't use insurance or you'll likely be stuck with the scam end of the bill. Better yet, don't use them at all. Businesses that have shady practices should be avoided.

I was advised there was not a female provider that I could see. When I mentioned scheduling elsewhere with a female provider, I was advised that I could no longer see the provider I was scheduled with at this clinic, and would need to pay $200 for canceling my appointment that they made me cancel because I was uncomfortable. The receptionists are very rude and unprofessional. Once you mention going somewhere other than to their clinic, they treat you terrible. I would advise going LITERALLY anywhere else.
