I went to go take my husband to look for new work shoes while we were on vacation. There were 3-4 employees there on a Monday afternoon and everyone was super friendly. My husband got his feet scanned to see which shoes and sizes would be best suited for him. It was a pretty cool machine that showed your arch, width and also measured your feet. The 2 ladies ended up helping both my husband and son find shoes that fit them perfectly! The prices were about the same as anywhere else for Hoka and they had the colors that my son wanted (in Houston Texas no one had them in stock). They had us sign up for a reward program that was free so that we could use those towards future purchases. When they found out we were from out of town they both gave us helpful tips on where to go and how to get there. I would definitely recommend trying this place out if you need work shoes or tennis shoes. Service is amazingly friendly, helpful and genuine! Give these folks a raise! Not many people these days are kind,come to work with a smile and go above and beyond!

I have no idea what she is referring to, but Snell's called ME to set up the appointment. It stands to reason, they had all necessary information before they would make an appointment. I was already in tears before walking in the door so maybe I am being emotional, but her asking me what prosthetic was there for, in front of an ENTIRE waiting room was DEVASTATING to me, considering I walked in with 2 legs and 2 arms.....even if I had not, it is RUDE to be so public about a private matter!!

I tried to show her wear the pain in my heal was she didn't even acknowledge that I was speaking to her. Then I received a bill in the mail because they billed the wrong Insurance! I tried to call and get this fixed but the office manager is never there! I spoke to her once she was slurring her words I honestly thought she was drunk! She told me she would look into it and call me back. Not once have I got a call back and I have left numerous messages. I will not go back nor will I recommend him to anyone!
