Synergy Homecare placed an aide in my mom's home who was known to them to have prior convictions for theft and misuse of credit cards and had criminal charges pending from another client. The caregiver stole money and credit cards from my mom and then opened a credit card account in my mom's name. When confronted, they told me they had no knowledge of any problems with this employee, which I later learned from police reports that they did, in fact, know about these problems when they sent this aide into my mom's home. read more
