The staff that helped me (Dana and Tanvi) were amazing, as were the rest of the office staff, even the security person at the entrance providing directions. Every part of the room was clean - spotless. Though the "hospital smell" frightens me, the staff made me feel at ease the entire time. Had I lived closer, I would've made this location my go-to spot!

Finding parking (free!) and the office was easy, check in was simple, and I virtually had no wait. Plus, got results next day on my portal! I did have to wait a few months to get an appointment but that's sadly how it is. Providers & facilities with UCLA health can be hit or miss but this facility and their staff were fabulous.

My MRI techs and doctors were outstanding. The nursing staff were thorough and very compassionate. Only caveat that ruined it was nurse Olga. Russian tyrant who was rude, scary and judgmental. She chastised me. I let it go until I got home and notified my oncologist's office. She is now dealing with it for me.

Finally saw a nurse and asked for pain meds (I hadn't had any of my daily meds per pre surgery instructions). She disappeared and never saw her again. Finally I disconnected my IV and tried to climb over the bed rail injuring my arm. I was on my way to look for my clothes (5 hours after my surgery was originally scheduled) when a nurse finally showed up. If you want to be totally ignored this is the place for you.

The doctor was outstanding--she was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made us feel comfortable and reassured. She listened carefully, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed. We were also impressed with how quickly we were seen and how smoothly everything was handled, including getting the X-ray done. When you're worried about someone you love, that level of care and efficiency means so much. I was then informed that the doctor would only be doing telehealth that day and they suggested i get checked somewhere else so the doctor could listen to my lungs in person. I was frustrated cause it wasn't disclosed that the appointment i would be booking was telehealth and told them and the front desk woman said "yeah we just found out today the doctor said she would call everyone but i don't know". i don't know it just seemed a little unprofessional and rude that they wouldn't disclose it, especially if someone with a more serious illness was coming in. I drove 20 mins just to be turned away because the doctor was "supposed" to call me. Won't be coming back for illness related appointments anymore :/

I went in for mild chest pressure but no other symptoms and from the nurse in the ER recognizing the urgency, the doctors recommending me to stay for observation, the nurses who revived me, the entire CCU unit - ALL FANTASTIC & AMAZING INDIVIDUALS! I was so well cared for and the attention was so incredible that I was able to focus on the fact that I had to decide to give consent to have a pacemaker implanted at my age of 53. You guys saved me and gave me years that I may not have otherwise had. A thousand thank you's is just not enough.

The staff was prompt, the noise level of the night and day shifts were acceptable, the bedside manners of everyone and I literally mean everyone was excellent.
