Their crew broke a gas and water line, and I was told to fix it myself.l, after i constantly told them before they were there before signing contract and before job started.The project manager never showed up except to collect payment, and they won't even attend the final inspection. Extremely poor communication and zero accountability. I would not recommend this company. Never had a final in person walk through with project manager or company manager, for such a size project for homeowners. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I will not recommend Premier Pools & Spas. You also never mentioned to me, prior to excavation or even before I accepted the project proposal, that I needed to hire a plumber to handle or standby for possible gas or water line issues. What was communicated to me was that your team was aware there could be unknown lines and that caution would be used during excavation.
