Sad to say that Lupe the owner past away recently. He was a great guy and very knowledgeable. But the company has problems making monthly service calls since he passed. Their is confusion as to who is running the business now. I've had problems with the guys coming to service our pool for the last month. Messaged Lupe and he responded right away. We had a problem with our suction from skimmer to cleaner. Gave me a time and was prompt, he is very knowledgeable and helpful. Explained everything in layman's terms, which I found to be very helpful. Lupe performed his diagnostics and came to conclusion that it was our pool filters were dirty and needed to be cleaned out. He was kind enough to waive his service fee call out and even sent me a YouTube link on how to clean the filters. When I ran into some issues I called him and texted him numerous times and he responded right away with no problems. He even came back a second time the same day to assist me. Read reviews this place was in good standing.Need to get pool service. Got a quote over the phone, said he'll come by to look. Showed up, said I needed to pay more. Six weeks in a row, they stopped by for three minutes, if that. I asked one time to get the pool vacuumed next service, said next week. Asked the following week when it didnt get vacuumed, said the vacuum broke and will do next week. The morning of that third week, I went outside and it wasn't. Called Lupe and asked and he said "just chlorine change this week". This went on for three months. In the span I had the service, they vacuumed twice. Really unfair to waste my hard earned money like that. It is what it is. If you're not paying more than the advertised price, try someone else. If you are paying the advertised price, check your pools. read more

This company and owner Lupe must be the Best Pool person we have had in the last 22 years. Can't express how amazing and meticulous he is about keeping the pool in perfect condition. One morning I was coming out of my home and it was raining and I see Lupe coming into my driveway. I go up to him and ask him, "What are you doing here, it's raining?" He replied, "I take pride in my work and must keep your pool looking good". Since that day my wife told me keep Lupe happy, or else you'll have problems with me. Lol - We have had so many pool people that just doesn't know or don't take pride in what they do. He always goes the extra mile to communicate with you if there's something wrong, and when ever we go to the pool, it's always amazingly clean, like the first day we built it.
