I followed my wife in and sat down. One of the trainers glared at me... Took his attention off his clients performing exercises for about 30 seconds. Don't care I'm there for my wife. I'm still watching my wife and this trainer is still staring, but this time he's 6 feet in front of me. I don't know what this guy's problem is so I wave and smile. He mumbles something and walks away. This place advertises itself as a friendly environment. What I experienced made me feel very uncomfortable for me, and I wonder if he:s doing the same to my wife and other seniors. Later I found out his name was Tim Payne. This place isn't the largest, or the closest, and their equipment is very limited. There's friendlier, better equipped places in Columbia and Ellicott City for seniors to try. I don't know why some people try to bully seniors like we're second class citizens. Maybe it's because he noticed a limp and thought I was an easy target. Too bad. I'd like to strengthen my hip and core, and maybe preserve a little flexibility as I enter my golden years. Someplace friendly that won't mistreat older folk. Someplace else
