However, this time I gave in to his plea and decided to try Summer's. I figured if I didn't feel comfortable with what they suggested I could just tow it home again. Summer's didn't disappoint. The check engine light was on and AutoZone did a code check which came up as the purge valve. It would have been easy for Summer's to just agree and do that repair. However, they were very honest and upon inspection found that there was just a lot of corrosion and a few wires that needed replaced. So they just cleaned up the corrosion and replaced the wires. Also had them do an oil change and inspect the serpentine belt and power steering belt (which was fraying). Serpentine belt was good and the power steering belt was replaced. All in a timely manner and for an economical price. My son said his car has never driven smoother or sounded better. I would highly recommend them for your auto repair service.

The dealer sent me a copy of the inspection and it didn't mention one single issue I found after purchasing the vehicle. Either this dealer and mechanic are in collusion or they have no idea what they are doing. Missing sections of a frame and HOLES means there is active RUST issues with a frame. Why would you omit this from the report or bill? If brakes pull a certain direction then they are NOT GOOD they need to be repaired. And had you pulled off the tires you would have seen they were rusted and crumbling. Oil leaking from the Oilpan means there is an oil leak. So why did the dealer tell me you told them there are no leaks? You helped a dealership scam me out of all of my equity. It was a 1992 Toyota pickup for your reference.

Instead of letting me know upfront that they don't service my car model (despite it being an option on their website), they waited until 7:30 AM -- half an hour before my appointment -- to call and say they don't have the correct oil or filter and don't service the brand at all.
