When we mentioned that the rugs looked like they were still stained, the staff informed us that those areas would lighten as they dried. After they dried they only got darker and looked worse. The owner offered to pick the rugs up again for a second cleaning. They picked the rugs up again and wanted to keep them over the weekend to ensure they were clean this time. Again, they were soaking wet when they brought them back. They looked a little cleaner, but the stains were only lighter and now there is a damaged spot one of the rugs. The owner informed us that every chemical available was used, but it still didn't help.

I have texted the pictures as all appliances, some shelves are not cleaned.(Refrigerator, Kitchen shelves, Oven, Dishwasher). They came back in 20 min (An old lady in their team was already cussing!!) and again cleaned it partially(Mentioned that the stains won't go away). I checked later and they agreed to come on Sunday 1 PM to clean it again because of some other emergency they could not come that day!!! Guess what, they came at 11 AM before the planned time 1 PM. I was not present on Sunday but my owner was and he cleaned everything by himself and these folks since i am not present there came back to me and mentioned that everything was cleaned. I was initially overwhelmed that they cleaned everything by the pics they sent but came to know later that the work was done by my owner not these folks. Who does that. They LIED to me that they cleaned the bathtub and commode stains. And didn't do their job professionally. Nothing about them is professional and they are too lazy to do normal basic cleaning, I have to follow up with them multiple times and still of no use. The most lethargic people i ever met. Was wondering how these folks were given the contract. MY OWNER GOT ANOTHER CLEANING SERVICE and CLEANED THE CARPET TOO WHICH COSTED AROUND 400$ AGAIN BUT THEY DID IT PROFESSIONALLY. I don't understand why when you're in a member profile if you fill in one field for a specific item why it can't auto populate in other fields within the profile hence doubling the works. Visually and task wise it is not user friendly at all. The on-line help tutorials aren't of any help at all. I have worked in the accounting, invoicing department for many companies for 13 years and this is by far the most un-user friendly software to use. If they weren't industry specific than I wouldn't even bother recommending them.
