At the same time I was about to renew contract, I was also in the process of cutting costs for my business when I notice our charges seemed much higher than what we had started out. So I decided to get a few quotes from other companies to confirm - the rates were indeed high. When asking to cancel I came in to a lot of resistance. Basically they are not allowing the new company to have access by not setting installer codes to default. This is illegal since I paid for the system. May update this review depending on their actions. If I do, will add more about Collin's claim of employee maltreatment.

I am one of those people who could qualify as being a litmus test for a company's customer service skills as I am overly picky and ask too many questions, but Scott, to his credit, always patiently answered my questions and explained many things in detail about the process, the materials, colors, etc..., he was very easy and pleasant to talk to!! Also, I created my own logo using an online do-it-yourself logo tool but since I am not a professional I needed help changing a few things on my logo that I couldn't figure out how to change but their in-house designer Dean easily and quickly understood my requests and made the needed changes, which resulted in our sign looking EXACTLY how we hoped it would!!
