I only went to this doctor and didn't check pricing at other places, so I'm not sure if the procedure pricing is comparable to other offices. It seemed a little high, but the customer service was very good - they always run on time, answer the phone immediately when you call, and give a courtesy call the next day after you have a procedure to make sure you're doing okay. The pricing is the only reason for 4-star review instead of a 5-star review.

I think physicians get a bad reputation on Yelp because it's mainly complainers who didn't get their way. They want something that won't produce the results they're looking for and complain whether they get it or not. That's besides the point. What I love most about this office is the attentive care received from everyone on staff. I always know what to expect, appointments are timely and easy to make, and my doctor is open and honest with me. If I want something done and he doesn't think it will do much good, he's honest about that. That's what truly stands out. An independent medical practice where they aren't trying to just receive money and add unnecessary procedures. What's more is the wide variety of languages spoken by staff. Highly inclusive environment and great for anyone who might have anxiety going into medical offices.

I arrived at the office at 2:10 and waited for 15 minutes in the waiting room. I was then directed to another room and was told a nurse will be right with me. 45 minutes later a nurse arrived took down some notes, said Dr Danny will be right with me and left. 10 minutes later Dr Danny and the nurse came in. Dr Danny reviewed the Nurses notes, asked a few questions and left the room, basically a 5 minute evaluation. After an hour of waiting and a 5 minute evaluation I was billed $187. Not the kind of service I expected at all. Especially being told last appointments are 2:30. I had to miss a portion of my work day to sit around for an hour and wait.

Dr. Anthony Geroulis did a facial peel on my face about 12 years ago. I lived in Joliet, IL at the…read moretime and his office was quite a distance to drive, but I thought I had the best Dr. He had to put me in a twilight sleep to do the peel, so I don't remember if Dr Geroulis did my facial peel or his nurse! I say this because when he was done with the peel, my right and left side of my face was burned and deeply scarred. I had to go to his office repeatedly for a cream which he charged me a lot for to apply it to my face. The scarring never went away and now 2026, I am still babying that scarring with high priced creams. When I went back to see him directly after he did my peel, his nurse/ assistance was gone. So, did HE actually do it or had his assistant do it. I was never told that!! He always charged me for every visit after he screwed up my face!!! shamful! Yes, he always talked the big talk but did not do what he said would happen!!! He knew he screwed up but never tried to make it right by me. Every time I put on makeup or wash my face , I think of HIM.

He had to do a full reconstruction inside my nose and is a true master. Before the procedure, we met Rona, his surgical coordinator, who is a sweetheart and answered all of my questions. I then met Dr. Geroulis who was honest and passionate about his work. Because Dr. Geroulis only specializes in faces and performed his internship in ENT, I felt confident that I made the right choice. After the surgery, I was so happy I chose Dr. Geroulis. He called me the same night to check on me, and I had tons of follow up appointments afterwards to make sure I was healing well.
