I always was wowed by the service I received. Each person I have spoken to has been kind and helpful. From the lady behind the desk to the nurses and to the Doctors. I went there first and now my husband and six-year-old son are also patients (Dr. Lowenthal). We have made emergency visits, received follow up calls from the doctor and I cannot say enough about how incredible they were when my little guy got tested for allergies. Recently I had to change insurance. The ONLY nasal inhaler that ever worked for me was now uncovered. My Doctor worked with me suggesting that I try some over the counter nasal sprays to see if they would work as well. When they did not, he started a claim for me and I am hoping that this magical spray will be covered soon. In the meantime, one of the nurses looked for samples for me. When the Hoffman Estates office did not have any she called the Arlington Heights office and they held not just one but TWO samples. I almost had tears in my eyes as I have been suffering from allergies and sinus issues so much in the past month. I feel both offices went above and beyond and I would suggest their care to others....hence why I am here. If you are suffering from allergies and do not feel like sitting in a waiting room forever...this is the office for you.

When you call for billing, you get transferred to Precision Billing, who then says that you have to provide proof of payment, even though your check has cleared two weeks prior. This is ridiculous!
