The staff is very nice and helpful. The only small thing I didn't like is that I wish I had got more help when I was trying out and needed help in finding the right fit given that there are so many options. I asked if this was the fitting room line, and she responded with a rude, condescending tone like we were idiots for not magically knowing their hidden process. Everyone around us looked just as confused. Instead of helping customers who were actually present in line, the 2 staff wandered around searching for a nonexistent person while the rest of us wasted our time. Completely disorganized, zero communication, and the attitude from the associate was the final straw. We dropped our items and walked out. This store needs a serious reset in customer service and basic common sense. Honestly, no wonder people just order online or these stores go out of business. We dropped our items and left.

I visited Bloomie's the first weekend it opened and the place was packed! Located in U-Village by Athleta and Shake Shack, it's easy to find with parking in the lot and in the garages. For opening weekend, there were plenty of staff on the floor, helping customers, as well as a greeter. There was even a dog event happening here when I visited as the store is dog-friendly. They were offering dog photos and bandanas for the fur babies, as well as treats. Gotta love that! This store is small, especially when compared to an actual Bloomingdale's since it's on a smaller scale. I've been to Bloomie's on the east coast and this location doesn't have as great of a selection as the east coast ones and is smaller too. However, it has some beloved brands, with women's apparel on the main floor and some men's and accessories on the second floor. They don't have everything or much, but the customer service is superb. Glad to have a Bloomie's in the area and would come back to see what trendy items are offered while shopping at U-Village.

This location consistently has a much larger in store selection, while other stores often feel limited in what is available to purchase the same day. I can usually find a wider range of styles, sizes, and pieces here, which makes shopping so much easier. The staff at this location is also noticeably better and friendlier. They are welcoming, helpful, and make the experience feel relaxed rather than rushed. The surrounding stores at University Village also add to the overall shopping experience, making it a great place to spend an afternoon. If you are choosing between Reformation locations, this one is absolutely worth the visit.

She went above and beyond, gave extra love and attention to my dog, and made me feel genuinely taken care of throughout the entire shopping experience. Her warmth, attentiveness, and eye for detail made shopping feel effortless and fun. I definitely walked away buying way more than I planned, and I blame her in the best way possible. While one item was easily located, Abigal struggled to find the second item under the phone number used for the purchase. When I expressed reasonable frustration that a recent purchase couldn't be found, she became highly defensive, accused me of swearing at her (which I did not), and told me to 'calm down' despite my maintaining a normal volume. Once the item was finally found, she proceeded to lecture me about not using my mom's phone number for transactions. When I asked her to please just process the refund and skip the lecture, she repeatedly called me rude to my face and then continued to loudly call me rude to her coworkers as I walked out the door. No other employee intervened. Highly disappointing customer service.
