They did an AWESOME job of replacing the broken down foam with new high density automotive foam a year ago. I've had the entire cab reupholstered with leather and the seats all feel like brand new. Harry charged me even a bit less than he originally quoted, honestly even though the quoted price seemed a touch high, it was a bargain given the high quality of the resulting repair. I'm so satisfied, I honestly feel like none of the other shops I visited would have done as a good a job, and I feel like I underpaid. A great value. An honest shop.

I had them replace my sad, sagging headliner a few years back. I doubt anyone who's ridden in my car has noticed the replacement. They matched the fabric and did a fantastic job. I'm happy to confirm they also do furniture upholstery (it's probably easier!). Kelly, in the front of the house, is so honestly helpful (suggesting where I might find better prices on fabric, for example), I won't even bother shopping around for someone else to do the work. Apparently she can see the future and told me there was no shift knob they have ever been able to do and they wouldnt be able to do mine... If she would have shown the pictures to someone who knew what they were talking about they would have told her that a restitch was no problem. I wont be bringing these folks my shift knob or either of my classic cars that Im about to have redone. Short sighted and rude.... What a great way to be succesful in business. I came to have warranty work done on my Katzkin leather. When I checked in no one did an exterior inspection of my truck with me. In addition, my truck was in the work area for an hour and no one communicated to me how long the warranty repair will take until I said something. Now I have second thoughts about contacting Katzkin Corporate Office to have my warranty work addressed through a different dealer here in San Antiono, TX. I waisted my time taking off from work for two hours.
