Cabinets are well built. Sturdy. I feel like shelves are much better than previous cabinets I have purchased from box stores and we have done a lot of remodels! Wish they were adjustable but really hasn't been a problem and much prefer the comfort of knowing that shelves won't bow after a few years with heavy dishes. I'm a simple girl so these cabinets were a great option for me. Be patient. Everyone is busy these days. Know your stuff. They are a bit more like an old school cabinet shop. So you aren't going to be catered to or wowed or sold like the box stores. Again I appreciate this a lot. I know what I want and know what to ask for. read more

We love the cabinets we got from T & A EXCEPT we have one drawer that won't stay closed. It's a bottom drawer that slowly opens as soon as I shut it. It's been this way for a while, but I didn't call them until a couple of weeks ago. They said they'd have an installer call, but we haven't heard anything. My main beef is that the woman at the business talked me out of having the soft close drawers. If I hadn't listened to her, we'd probably have a drawer that would stay closed. I'm hoping there's a solution other than duct tape or bubble gum to keep this darn drawer closed. I'd give them five stars if it weren't for this issue. read more
