We got a quote for a plain under sink unit and a whole house system, and she thoroughly explained all the different options you could get. My extended family buys alkaline water, so we decided to be bougie and get that on the counter spigot, however at Sara's suggestion we did plain RO to the fridge and ice maker. David was the technician that came out. He was extremely personable and you can tell he believes in their product. He did a great job drilling into our countertop and provided some guidance in machine placement for easy filter changes. They sell an American made product, and it has great reviews. Jason, called back and said "we won't be able to get anyone out there"... My panic as we were about to get inundated with freezing temps... Jason allowed me to describe the issue and with his customer obsession, talked through things with me including getting out a multi-meter and testing, he even roped in a couple of techs that had returned to the office to call it a day. Turned out to be a bad circuit breaker that failed when it was reset during an injector valve replacement. The immense gratitude I have that instead of just saying "we'll talk to you next week" but hanging in there and helping me get water restored.
