We were contacted by Florin, and he texted us back (our preferred method of communication). He took the time to walk us through the process, evaluate our particular case, answer our questions and then offer us a reccomendation based on our converstation. He helped us to have the confidence in moving forward with the service call. The day before our appointment Aqua G&P sent us a confirmation text and also notified us the day of our scheduled service to let us know their estimated time of arrival (*which was 15 minutes earlier than scheduled, which was great for us). There was a substantial difference between two estimates from the third, and I actually really liked the man who offered the lowest estimate, too. What made the difference was that Matt sent their certificate of insurance with the quote. I appreciated that I didn't ask for it (yet) but that he was proactive. I felt that if he was proactive with a document, he'd also consider other things I may not think about and it made me feel a lot better. They are punctual, thorough, respectful, nice, and did a great job. Excellent communication before, during, and after.
