The driver was super helpful and had a good sense of humor. At one point he went out of his way to show me how to override the transmission to put it into neutral which was extremely helpful to know (something that a local dealer, over the phone, told me wasn't possible with that model). We can't say enough good things about this business. We had a tire literally burst on our RV at 6…read morepm on a Friday night when there was a huge race at Bristol. We called at least 10 businesses trying to get help without success. This man came out, removed the wheel, took it to his shop and replaced the tire so that we still had a spare, and put the wheel back on. The price he charged for the tire was the same as we usually pay and the service call was totally reasonable. He was pleasant and polite. We are both in our 70's and changing this in 90+ degree heat was not an option. If he had not come out, our only option would be a huge towing fee to pull the trailer to a shop. It was proof that compassionate, ethical and competent people still exist.

They took the car from an unposted area, created a bill out of thin air, and then used that pressure to walk away with the title. The entire operation depends on people not knowing the law: they manufacture the violation, monetize the panic, and then point to the outcome as if it proves they were right. I also HAD car shield ( more like car shaft!) They are a joke!! They have a 10 million dollar lawsuit on them! I recommend never get car shield!! After I got took for 1,000 dollar. Browns Mill Auto told me I needed to bring almost 200.00 more... They never contacted me or anything, I never signed any paperwork. I got took for a total of 1,176.00 ( total from both Car shield and browns mill) All I can say is you better watch some of these garages they will take you too!! The man that works there told me that car shield wanted to send them a used alternator for my truck. All I can say is do it at your own risk!!!
