After a lightning strike, our home was damaged by fire and significant water damage. Within an hour of the incident being cleared, Lindstrom was onsite surveying the damage and helped to 'wrap' the home to prevent any further damage. Everyone at the Lindstrom team helped guide us through the process from mitigation, to repairs, to contents. They did everything they could to carry the burden during an overwhelming time of being displaced from our home over the course of 8 long months. I manage a building in Minnetonka and Lindstrom Restoration is the best for water mitigation and rebuilds. Very professional staff and great to work with. I recently work with Antonio Jubera on the water mitigation team for a water issue in our building. The response time was incredible and he had his team there in less than 30 minutes getting the dryers and dehumidifier put in place. I had the most amazing experience with Lindstrom when my dishwasher broke and caused some damage. Drew came within 60 min after my insurance agent called Lindstrom, moved the dishwasher to the garage and started the drying process. He came with Chris who helped to take out everything that was destroyed by the water leak in my basement. Drew and Chris set all the fans and dehumidifiers in the right places. Moving forward, until the mitigation was complete, the whole Lindstrom team stepped up and took turns coming over to my house to check in and make sure everything was going well. Lindstrom Restoration was referred to us by our realtor. From day one we have experienced nothing but a great deal of respect from their employees. This company is full of integrity and solutions! Early on we ran into some unexpected problems. My boyfriend and myself, who live in the house, and my mother who was paying and lives out of state were a bit worried. I'd like to give special recognition to Jeremy who's calming presence and extremely clear communication skills turned my fear into belief. He is an incredible person and anyone would be lucky to have him on their team. At first, didn't agree with Madison's ideas on colors or textures, but now that I see it all put together, I can't thank her enough for having such excellent taste, not to mention to quality of the materials. Now it's also obvious why she's the designer and not me! We were given their phone number after our business had been broken into for an emergency board up. Keep in mind it was ONLY a door at 11pm. They came out quickly and were efficient and friendly. That is not my issue, my issue is when we called we were not given a heads up on an approximate cost and when the workers got here and were asked they said they didn't know but the company would send a bill. Well. They sure sent a bill ........in the amount of $1,443.20!!!! I called the company three times before someone even got back to me. I thought maybe they charged assuming we were going to file it with insurance but was informed it is the same cost regardless. I was prepared for an emergency service charge, but this was beyond excessive for two pieces of particle board and some screws. Had we known an approximate cost we would have done it ourselves or called a neighbor. read more

Very poor service. They installed the kitchen floor in my home which started to come apart shortly after the install. They came out and inspected the floor, said it was their responsibility to repair and would fix it but then completely blew me off - ignored my calls and messages for the follow-up repair. AJ from Lindstrom Restoration came out to do look at the damage and give us an estimate. AJ came and assessed our home and what needed to be done. After a week of not hearing back, I emailed him. He said he'd have my estimate in a few days. Almost 3 weeks after he assessed our home we still have not heard back. I called his office and they said they had no information. After multiple emails and voicemails, we have still not heard back with an estimate. I was very unimpressed with the lack of follow through. I would not recommend this company if you are looking for a restoration contractor. read more
