I did like my pedicure the guy was nice and did a great job but the woman who did my eyebrows never TF again she messed up my eyebrows so bad I had to go home and draw on them with liquid eyebrow pencil because she messed me up so bad and I want to get started on the over charged for my services how it went from 85 to 118 until I asked what was the price for the eyebrows because the feet was 65 with the gel included I told her next time they need to up charge like that to let someone know before hand because that is ridiculous please look at the reviews and I will never be coming back that was my first and last time read more

I didn't check the reviews before visiting this salon. My experience was not relaxing, it felt rushed. The salon is a little run-down and I don't think they sanitize their tools between customers. I paid in cash, and the nail technician never returned with my change, seemingly assuming the entire amount was her tip. Try another salon if you're considering this one. Amazing experience! After reading so many negative reviews, I was hesitant to try this place, but so glad I did! This will be my new 'go to' Nail salon!! I was greeted right away & needed Lots of help! I'm a high maintenance guest, but I was treated very kindly & they did a great job to honor everything I asked for and did NOT make me feel like I was asking too much & they did not rush me along! I have never ever left a review in my life before, but this experience just irked me that much. I came in to get my nails done like every other person there. Wanting a nice spa day. I work in medical, so I had a rough week and just wanted a nice pamper session. I come in, see they had a few people ", so I waited no worries since I was a walk-in. I was sat down. I mentioned to the lady that I was thinking maybe gel for my nails and I'm going to do natural for my toes. Yes I am aware that gel last longer, but I'm not concerned about that. I just wanted my nails to look nice at an ok price. I picked my pedicure, and she rushed through it, barely gave me a massage, she proceeds to give me a push towards getting gel for my toes, I repeated myself again to her saying "no ma'am I would like just the normal on my toes." She gave me an attitude and She rushed through everything. Then came my manicure. I told her I would actually like to just do normal nail polish, the same as my toes, on my nails. She then goes on to HARASS me about picking gel instead of normal. In front of the other costumers, who were watching and listening! I felt EXTREMELY uncomfortable and I'm not normally one to make a huge scene out of things, but I was just ready to leave. The rest of the service she continued to harass me about how I need to do gel, talked over me after I said for the 6th time no ma'am I just want normal, then she goes on almost like a threat saying to me "then don't come back when you nails chips asking for a touch up because you didn't listen." I WAS IN SHOCKED! I have experienced some bad service before but never in my life did I want to get up and leave. I was appalled, she did an awful job at painting my nails and rushed through it too. My feet are rougher than they were when I came in. Not worth $60. I sat there in silence, angry the rest of the time. I'm honestly disgusted. I am not a person to bash a worker, but all I wanted was a relaxing morning and she completely ruined that. I felt so uncomfortable. I will not be returning. Awful. Absolutely awful. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Crooked, uneven and different lengths/shapes on every finger. I wish I could leave no stars. These pictures hardly show how terrible they are in person. Then they charged me $60 for short acrylics (when I wanted dip to begin with!!!!) and said it's normally $65 as if they were doing me a favor. When they told me I was done I was in shock as he left me to leave with crusty hands dry from alcohol and shavings. No lotion, oil, NOTHING! The man doing mine was very obviously inexperienced. It was so bad that I said I would just prefer to leave MULTIPLE TIMES!!! And the women just kept telling him different ways and to keep going, he started over THREE TIMES. Not the shape, colors or length I wanted when I corrected him SO MANY TIMES!!! I'm left with round nails (supposed to be almond but they CLEARLY don't know the difference), blobs hanging off the sides and will be peeling these chemicals off my hands the next 2 hours. Dropped in here tonight for a quick eyebrow wax and ended up staying for a Pedicure. LOVE LOVE LOVE my brows and my pedicure. They have beautiful new Spa chairs and of course this is probably one of the nicest nail spas in Pensacola. Everything is very clean, and I love that they use a plastic cover in the water basin for cleanliness. My brows are perfect, my husband even complimented me on how nice they look. I have to say that I used to come here, and came here for over a year, but stopped early last year due to rude employees and crazy prices. I decided tonight I would come back and give it a try again and I have to say I'm glad I did. I really enjoyed the ambience and just the relaxing vibe of this place. Went today to have my acrylics removed from my wedding last weekend. As soon as I walked in, a lady asked what I needed to have done and directed me to the side room for manicures. The spa pedicure room was packed and there were probably 5 people working in there on this Sunday. I walked into the manicure room, there's one tech working on one girl - and me. That's it. So I sit and wait for her to finish with this other girl. Ten minutes goes by.. okay, maybe she's almost done. Nail tech gets up and leaves this girl for a good 5 minutes with no explanation and no apology when she returns. Thought that was weird, but whatever. She finally finished that girl and gets to me. I tell her 3 times I want me acrylics soaked off instead of ripped off with another acrylic, but she completely ignores what I say and continues to rip them off with a nail. I asked her how much is was going to be, no response. It's a mystery price? Okay. She asks where I got my nails done, and I replied "In Gulf Breeze." And she proceeded to scoff with no further response. Weird. A young man and young women come in and sit with us (working on nobody, btw) with headphones in, and engage in active, loud conversation with my tech in another language. The other two techs walked around aimlessly not doing anything with headphones in and talking for the entirety of my manicure. Really unprofessional and rude. Mostly intrusive. Awkward for me? Absolutely. She finished me and tells me to go wash my hands. I do so and follow her to the register. $15 for acrylic removal. Crazy. The other nail salon closest to my house charges $11 for removal. Decided to try this one today because mine was closed. I pay, realize I was never offered a drink (like everyone else around me), and after I sign the receipt, she has the audacity to ask me "No polish or anything?" She should've asked me that when I was sitting having this done! Absolutely crazy. Won't be back. read more

I walked in for a pedicure. It is very nice salon But the service was ridiculously unprofessionally. I started with one tech and explained several times I only wanted a quick pedicure! After leaving me alone they changed me to another tech and it all started over again! I don't need to be wooed or entertained. The young lady talked to her co workers the entire time. No problem... if she could work and talk I would have had no problem. Basically I paid $29 for a foot soak and polish change. At one point I twitched my foot to get her attention because I really was killing a quick 30 minutes! How awkward it was just having her hold my foot and do nothing! She glared at me! She at one point walked to the front desk to return a service menu and continued to talk to her co worker! I'm a really laid back person and have had my nails done my entire life! This was the first time in my life ...I will NOT tip since the service was dismal at best! Completely rude and inconsiderate experience! Tips are for services well done! Frankly I think a service charging $1 a minute should be fairly rendered. Why would I want to give them $10 more when I didn't get anything worth my first $30! Service was okay but they use polish that is cheap and takes almost an hour to dry. Kid bumped her nail after 20 minutes of drying and basically took off all the polish. Instead of fixing correctly by removing smeared ripples they just painted over it. And I paid full price for child to have real manicure, not just a kids paint. Not really good products here compared to Perdido nail spa down the road. You can tell a huge difference in the quality. Place looks fancy but it's ghetto. read more

Great! Hands down the best experience I had at a salon. I always have my nails & toes done. When you walk in, it's beautiful, organized, & they're very friendly. I absolutely love this place. I've actually been coming here for over 3 to 4 years now [before their beautiful remodel]. I normally get my eye brows waxed or a basic pedi. I've never had any problems here at all and they have always treated me well and with kindness. Honestly, my wax is always on point and my pedi is aways sweet and soothing. Horrible service. I gave this place a chance, bad mistake on my part and my wallet. Maybe they do have ok service but I didn't receive that. The place looks amazing on the inside, really love the decor but that was all I liked. They offered wine ans water. I was greeted immediately. Then shone the services. First thing that jumped out was the prices. Manicure starting at $27 going up to $60. They offered kid services even had a hello kitty booth chair for them to use. They did facials, waxing, mani, pedi, the basic. So I picked my package and then was escorted to the polish section. POOR POOR selections, no variety at all. Some of the bottles were almost empty. But still I stayed (idk why). After choosing my colors, I was rushed to my chair. She attempted to stick my foot in that scalding water but we had to adjust the temp before I would put my foot in. The way they rushed to file your nails is horrible. I had to point out twice the places she missed. Toenail polish went well. Except the stone placement looked nothing like the reference pic I showed her. The manicure sucked. I wanted gel polish, I opted for sparkly blue. She rushed doing that too, wanted to rush the use of my curing and everything. When she finished sides of my nail were missing polish, so I had her redo those. She seemed to have an attitude that I wouldn't just accept the job she had done. My nails feel so jagged, I can't literally scratch myself, nails are supposed to feel smooth and uniform after services, she didn't buff them at all. I was fed up at that point and ready to go. Go to check out and another surprise, surcharges, my gel mani increased by $5 because I picked a color with sparkles. My pedi increased by $10 because I had stones places. I knew it would be a fee but it would of been nice to have been forewarned how much. I didn't get the $2 off for the combo that was stated on the menu. When I showed her that she still didn't apply it. I asked for military disount, they didnt do that either. In the end I shelled out $82 and left unsatisfied. read more

The place was clean, the massage chairs were nice, the staff was nice, and the pedicure was good. However, the person that did my pedicure was rather ruthless to my nails with a file. He made my toes bleed, I kept saying it was hurting and pulling away but every time I put my foot back he went at it again. The first place I tried after moving here from the Pacific Northwest. Was pleasantly surprised! It's small, friendly staff - very accommodating. They offer beverages upon being seated, and don't seem to skimp on the good parts (scrub & massage)! Plenty of colors to choose from. The best part? The place is beautiful but you don't always receive the same quality of service. It really depends on who you get. Some of the techs are great all around, but majority aren't. Today, I went in for a quick polish change on my toes and when my tech was finished, she walked away and I never saw her again. I came in wearing tennis shoes and was never offered the throw-away flip flops. I had to put my tennis shoes back on and go on the hunt for someone to take my money at the front. When I went in, I was super proud of myself with how long my nails looked since I usually bite them. I was confident enough to get SNS instead of fake nails. I waited for an hour to receive a not so great SNS job, and she filed my nails down so much that my nails are back to where i started when I was actually biting them. I'm disappointed because now I have to look at them for 2 weeks wondering why I didn't just leave them without any on them. It's super overpriced ($40 for SNS and $60 for fakes which deterred me from getting fakes). My nails were buffed way too much and they hurt like crazy when I touch them and touch other things! I have been getting pedicures/manicures here since they opened. Every time I go it's a little worse than the last. My cousin came to visit and wanted a pedicure. I talked up this salon, making it seem like a 5 star spa. We both asked for deluxe pedicures. I ended up with a classic pedicure, because she misheard me. Okay, that's forgivable, but half the reason we went for pedicures (deluxe pedicures) was for the foot massages. The following pedicures were absolute disasters. The lady who did my pedicure did not once massage a single part of my foot, only my legs. I sat an extra 40 minutes next to my cousin waiting for her pedicure to be done (she switched to classic when we realized I was getting classic rather than deluxe, which was after my pedicure was finished). To add to the disappointment, after getting home I took a closer look at my toes. They are all different shapes and sizes, they would look better had I done them myself, and my feet are visibly still rough. My cousins polish had to be removed with a dremel, and her technician burnt her big toe and middle toe. Her toes are a hot mess too, as well as her heels. Beware of T&L. read more

I came in and asked for an updated dip manicure. When I entered the salon no one acknowledged me whatsoever, that's fine, I signed into the desk and waited 20 minutes before anyone came to ask what I was in for. That's not so bad. But then I was taken to a back desk, the room was a mess. You can tell proper cleaning had not been done, I was put into a bowl of acetone to soak for 50 minutes before I asked a passing employee what was going on. My hands were incredibly dry at this point. She said "we have customers waiting." As if I wasn't a waiting customer? Then someone came shortly after and hardly asked what I wanted. He asked the color and if the length was okay that's it. He also repetitively answered his phone during the time he was doing my nails. At least 4-5 times. He also paid more attention to the tv behind me than my nails. I walked out of the salon like this. When I went to pay the man saw me at the desk while doing a pedicure and came to run my card with the same wet gloves that he was just massaging someone's feet with. My card, the receipt, and the pen he handed me were wet from his dirty gloves. I should NOT have paid. I went back in the next day when two of my nails had already chipped. I wanted a refund and to go somewhere else to get them fixed. The manager promised and insisted she would fixed them so I said okay. The whole time she was fixing my nails she kept saying things that would make it seem like my fault. Like "the reason they look so bad is because you asked for coffin." I didn't ask for coffin and my nails weren't even coffin shaped. I was never even asked what shape I wanted. Needless to say I will not be going back. read more

The man doing her nails did not speak English or offer her a beverage. Once she was out to the car and on the way home she realized that her toes and fingernails where two different colors. When this place opened the original staff was amazing, after time they have become very lazy overall, I had two bad experiences, and they would not refund me. I had a gel mani and it chipped off in 3 days. They did not clip my cuticles, or even file my nails evenly. They blamed it on bad nail polish, but never even asked which polish I used to take it off the shelf. Also, they act like you don't exist when you walk in the building, you don't know where to sign in and you aren't greeted. After you sit down they don't say anything but ask for you polish, don't offer you a drink, the TV's are frozen and no music is played.. it's just not worth the money. read more
