Here for a few weeks and needed a pedicure. Stopped by this location due to convenience. It's a small family owned business, from parents, Kiddos, aunties, and grandmother. Everyone was nice and friendly. They had a good selection of colors, the place was clean, and organized. They offered us a drink and the service was fast. I would come back and or recommend this sal A week later: Returned for Gel manicure. During service they became busy w walk in customers. They appeared to be short staffed. The lady told someone she would be 10 mins , that was a lie... they tell everyone "wait 10 mins". After she filed and buffed my nails, she began to paint them... I asked her if I could wash my hands from the nail dust. She was trying to rush to get to other customers, she replied, "it's okay, it's going to look good." She and I had a disagreement and I was not happy about my service. During my visit, another lady walked out very upset- she had been there for two hours and had one nail done.... Not the best place. Just got the worst manicure here. Place is messy All I requested was a fill and the woman managed to flood my cuticles with acrylic and get it all over my skin. Sloppy careless service. I asked multiple times for her to fix it just for her to use the cuticle trimmer to pry the dry acrylic from between my nail and skbarely pass over it with the drill and then tell me to go wash my hands. Still an awesome establishment to get nails done. I was in a rush so I got the basic pedicure. Went as a walk in and seated and started on immediately. They still try to upgrade you or add on services but I'm use to it now. The nail tech I had was very meticulous about doing my nails and I really appreciated that. I love my nail color. They started my manicure and then left, but finished my pedicure never coming back for my manicure. The pedicure was likely the worst I had ever had. The girl was so gentle that it was nearly making my skin crawl and made me want to scream. Then over an hour later she finally finished my pedicure and I asked about my manicure and asked if I can be done in 20 minutes. They weren't going to be done so I left. I had a pedicure here and the service was good, it wasn't 5 stars and I base that on questionable hygiene practices and up-sell. The gal who did my nails did not take the tools from a sealed kit and rinsed my feet and calves with the water that I had been soaking in-I am used to having the sprayer used with clean fresh water, I didn't feel "clean". There was an up-sell almost constantly, which I understand as a new business, but once I say no, please stop trying to sell me more services. Place is pretty dirty not gonna lie, The equipment is disgusting and i doubt they hardly ever wipe down anything after they use it. Got pink and white French tips, pretty simple. But they did the bare minimum and as i was sitting in the chair to get my toes done they already started chipping. Didnt clean dead skin off or anything they wanted me to pay for a whole manicure. Looked pretty sloppy too. Rushed me through as fast as possible even though me and my friend were the only people there. She was pretty disappointed with her nails too. I walked in a week ago for a pedi and full set. The pedi itself wasn't terrible but the gel polished chipped a few days later and the cleanliness is questionable. My full set was an absolute joke. I asked for clear sharp square and not too short. She didn't do my cuticles or clean the acrylic under the nail, cut them as low as possible and the shape is terrible and uneven. I asked her nicely to at-least fix the shape and make it more square and less round but she told me they looked nice and made them rounder. Its only been a week and a nail already popped off. I was charged 70 dollars with the military discount. As someone in uniform, I refuse to argue with any civilian because in the end I will face the repercussions but i did not tip and i will not be using their service anymore. read more

The nail tech who was applying my ful set was vrude and refuse to listen to my request on how i wanted my stilletto shaped. I also charged extra for matte finish when she reassured me i wouldn't. She took her time filing my nails down so the acrylic wasn't so thick. She reshaped them and suggested a color that looks great with my skin tone. Awesome new nail salon! Just opened this past July and they offer military discounts on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, which is great that it's within walking distance from the NAS Pensacola main gate. I've been getting my nails and waxing done by the same ladies for about a year and half now, so it makes me happy to see them at this new salon. They're all super friendly with a great sense of humor. They make you feel at home. I've been to a few other nail salons in Pensacola and the ladies here are the best. They take their time with you to make sure you have really beautiful nails and the waxing is nice, clean, and sanitary. Jennifer, Rosie, Linda, and Cindy are all wonderful!! =) read more

Sweet ladies. Very knowledgeable on what looks good on you. I took a very long time to pick out the colors for my mani & pedi but they were super patient with me. By the end of it, my nails were healthy & beautiful! Prices are what you would expect to see everywhere else. I always keep in mind these ladies have their own lives outside of customer service like: bills to pay, mouths to feed, come home to make food for their whole family, etc.. They have to work all day long to ensure we get the best service! They're hard working ladies. The language barrier doesn't bother me. I didn't make an appointment with them to ensure my slot, but they managed to put me in anyway. In the future, I will definitely call to make an appointment with them. I got a dip manicure on Friday and the very next day it chipped on three nails. I called for a refund and they said they would only fix the nails but couldn't give me a reason for not refunding my purchase. I went in to get it fixed by the lady who runs the salon and she did it no problem. She later told me that the lady who did my dip manicure the two days earlier is not good at it and she's the only one in the salon who can. If you go here and want a dip manicure, make sure you ask for the lady who is in charge of the salon. Hopefully this time it lasts much longer than two days. read more
