He was great at first, but then he started not showing up on multiple occasions. He kept giving reasons (or excuses) so we gave him the benefit of the doubt. But after 3-4 times of not showing up (leaving us with no water as it needed to be turned off) we had to call someone else to finish the job. We paid him for work that was incomplete and apparently done wrong. After reading reviews on here, looks like this is a pattern with him. Derek if you read this, we were willing to work with you and your schedule. But not calling and not showing up is disrespectful and wasting our time. Hope you figure things out.
