I always get the pedicure with trim nails and a massage leg and foot. Emily does an awesome job and she's my go to person. If it was possible to give this place no stars I would. I went in a few weeks ago for a basic mani pedi. I don't do gels or acrylic. They used the electric nail buffer on my natural nails and it has ruined my nails. My nails are discolored and now crack, flake, and chip horribly and that's not to mention the ridges the process put in them. It's like I'm trying to grow my nails out after years of gels or acrylic. Hopefully when they completely grow out they'll be healthy again. And when I used my gift card they tried to say that it expired. I explained that gift cards can't expire because they were given money for a service that was not rendered. They were awful during that process and refused to honor the $100 gift card until I told them I would report them to the better business bureau and the Versailles chamber of commerce. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I just got a pedicure here, the quality of the pedicure was amazing, the young man did very good work, however when it came time for my manicure I was told I had to wait 30-40 mins because the lady who was supposed to do my manicure had started another ladies manicure who had walked in not even 5 mins before this interaction. I left the store for about 25 mins and came back and the lady told me to sit so I did and waited another 15 ish mins and got nothing done. I drive to Versailles to get my nails done. It's a very relaxing, spacious, spa-like atmosphere. It's very clean as expected. The services are always on point. I get a spa pedicure and either gel polish on my natural nails or acrylic nails. They never let you leave until you are completely satisfied. Oh, and if you break a nail before your next appointment, they'll fix it for free. It might cost a little bit more, but I believe in the saying you get what you pay for. read more

Appointment made online for pedi and French tips manicure because I was limited on time. No top coat was used on the toes, and when I asked he said it was in the polish-chipped within a week. Sat down for my nails, very heavy handed on their grinding tool and then put white all over two of my nails, I asked if this was a new technique for French tips and was told I said "white". White I said no, "white tips and that was how I made my appointment" they responded that they don't look at appointments. Needless to say, they went back in again with a heavy hand on the grinder to get the white off. They proceeded to put on lopsided and uneven French tips. At that point I just wanted to go home. I have given this salon multiple tries due to convenience with some success but these last few times have been progressively worse. Needless to say, I won't be back. read more

Sadly, I had a really bad experience here. I got my nails and toes done, and it somehow was $100 for regular on both. I was cut twice when getting my fingers done. Multiple nails are at a slant and completely crooked. I asked for coffin and got square. My toe polish was so thick even after 45 minutes it still didn't dry and ended up dented. Never was a single nail cut not even my toes, and overall they are a mess that I will be getting removed at a different salon tomorrow. On top of each of these issues individually, I think what's even more frustrating was I asked for them to be fixed multiple times while they were being done. The pointer finger that's at a slant I specifically asked to be fixed twice. I got these done for a wedding and never get my nails done, so for it to be so bad and a waste of 2 hours and $100 is extremely disappointing. read more

Mixed reviews here, pedicure was excellent with a great leg massage.. Sns seemed poorly applied and I 3 chipped and 2 broken within 48 hours, I returned and they fixed at no cost. Chipped 5 more within a week. Generally I have excellent luck with sns. Unfortunately not this time. read more

Worst pedicure I've ever had. Sat in the chair waiting 30 minutes with no water in the tub. One employee was taking care of 4 people at once. No cuticle work, no pumice, etc. The massage was timed, and she kept stopping and doing other things. And when she was doing it, she might as well not even have bothered. the hot towels not wrapped, just draped on my legs hanging off to the side at my feet. No massage with the hot towels. I'm currently sitting here and she got up to go start on someone else. Gel pedicure- not even letting the full light cycle finish. Nail polish all over my toes. Several toes the polish is nowhere near the cuticle. Two toes, the nail is cut down to the quick. This pedicure took less than 30 minutes. I've tried giving this place a chance since they are local, but I will never return. read more

I got a pedicure one week ago and the next day my gel Polish had come off. I called and spoke to someone and told them I couldn't come back but would come back the following week (today) and I took a picture of my feet. When I arrived today I told them I wanted my nails painted and a pedicure but I didn't want to pay for the gel on my nails as it messed up in one day. They told me I had to pay for it since I was getting a pedicure and they could just fix it. It's bad customer service. Since there's very few options in Versailles I stayed and got my services but I'm not happy and I won't be back. gppd Customer service goes a long way and this just wasnt good, especially since I wasn't coming back just to get a free service, I was coming back to receive more. This salon is amazing. I came from California to see my husbands family, and I took my Sister in law, and mother in law to get pedicures. These are by far the best pedicures we have ever gotten. The 12 minute massage is heavenly, It was the BEST massage I've gotten from a nail salon. I seriously haven't had better service anywhere else. read more

OVER PRICED!! all I got done is acrylic with French tips it was 70$!!!! That is ridiculous. It shouldn't be that much for just tips and acrylic I didn't get sns or gel. They also charged me for tips, LENGTH, and almond shape. My nails don't even look worth 70. A lot of air bubbles and left over nails underneath. I remember when I French manicure was 30$. Fantastic experience! My mom and I just had pedicures. I don't think my legs and feet have ever felt this good. I always get my fingernails done here, but this was my first experience with a pedicure. I will be coming back for more. It's very beautiful inside and very clean. I drive up from Harrodsburg once a month to get a pedicure here. Is it more expensive than other places? Yes. But it is clean, friendly, and Scott is my personal favorite. He asked about my scars on my ankles (from multiple surgeries), and takes care to assure that his pressure during massage is comfortable. This is my regular nail salon - I go every 6 to 8 weeks through the year for pedicures (only). They provide real value for money. The $30 salon pedicure includes about 10 minutes of fantastic foot and leg massage. Sanitation is excellent, and the technicians are highly skilled. Some speak better English than others, so if you need to discuss an issue with your nails, make sure to let the manage know. She is VERY concerned that all customers are happy, and will do what is necessary to make anything right, including fixing any boo-boos that happen while drying, etc. They also have excellent nail dryers. I came in on 1/11 and got a full set for my daughter, pedicure for myself, and a fill in. It was $83 and we got regular polish, which is usually cheaper but not here. There are signs hung everywhere stating if you aren't happy with their service they have a two week guarantee. Well my polish was crap, huge streaks and lines and the guy who worked on me was rough as ever, but I wasn't going to complain until one came completely off on 1/15. I go back in to get it fixed and I'm presented with attitude, I had to move to 3 different tables because they would decide that they couldn't do it.
