More recently they have continued to access my neighbor's sidewalk for snow plowing via my driveway. Snow is packed down by their equipment making it hard to snow blow and necessitating hand shoveling. They have been asked several times not to do this but continue to disrespect my property and requests. When called I get hung up on and then sent to voice mail.

We scheduled our appointment via their website and had a quick home consultation where we told him what we would ideally like done. I did a bit of quick math on the mulch and sent me a text shortly after with the rate for the labor and the materials. I found it to be incredibly reasonable so we decided to move forward with the job. They are booked pretty heavily so it took a couple of weeks for our appointment but they showed up and worked efficiently to finish the job neatly and thoroughly. Our garden looks amazing and they did a great job pulling all those pesky weeds in our rock beds that had been causing me grief (and back pain!) over the spring and summer. I'm so happy with how it all looks. I can't stop marveling at our very cute yard now! And my plants seem way happier now that we've got the mulch around them as well.
