Found this spot out of necessity! My regular shop is on holiday until Friday so searched Yelp for an alternative and they were very accommodating getting me in today. My appointment was with Lavi and she was 5 star plus - very friendly, thorough and key for me is gentle! I have very dry skin so it can be a challenge getting what I call my "toe jam" cleaned up lol LAVI did her thing my feet look brand new lol and no trauma reported. I've been to places where they rush and cut cuticles down aggressively and leaves me with scabs for days not LAVI. I found the prices very reasonable and I'm thinking this might be my new spot. It was very clean and Instead of putting towels in microwave as does my other spot they keep them in a warmer oven and they use the latest technology to sanitize their instruments that I can see! So beyond unprofessional I came in they had maybe 3 clients . I came in with a baby and could already tell by the look on the girls face at the front that she was judgmental I asked for a pedicure and a soak off with full set and she says "I don't have time for that" Don't waste your money by going here. This is my first time trying out this salon and I LOVED my experience! My nail technician was Tina and she did an amazing job on my natural nails. I wasn't really sure what to get and she gave me wonderful recommendations. I'm so happy with my manicure, SNS and my beautiful butterfly design. Also, I would like to add that they follow the COVID protocols. They have protective screens on every table and all the employees wear masks, along with customers as well. The nail salon is very clean and I like the modern look of it. Overall, The staff was very nice and welcoming. I definitely recommend coming here to get pampered! Overall costumer service and pedicure was ok. Asked for acrylic French and am not happy with the result. The guy who was doing did not have good customer service. They do fairly good work but the customer service is extremely rude. Tina, the manager or owner (? She sure acts like she owns the place) acts like they're doing you a favor by scheduling your appointment. You must have an appointment, it's the first thing you ask when they walk in. Not hello. And God forbid you try to adjust that appointment or reschedule in any way. If you ask them for another time, they'll just say no not available. I referred a friend of mine to go there and she was rude to her too. To the point that my friend never went back. I put up with it as long as I could because the service is decent and it's close to home but I'm done. I will never go there again. read more

Today I had the pleasure of trying this salon. It was wonderful!! I was referred by a friend, and thought I would give it a try since I was less than pleased with my current salon. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by Tracy, the manager, who was also going to do my nails. She was very sweet & professional. The salon was spotless & had very comfortable seats also! Needless to say, Tracy did a great job & I will definitely be returning to Villaggio!! I totally recommend it to anyone looking for a salon that treats you with respect and doesn't rush you through your appointment. What a lovely experience! Today was my first time and was promptly greeted by their pleasant staff. I made a quick and easy appointment online (great option!) and was also welcomed with a beverage of my choice. I requested an ombré SNS full set (I showed my technician a photo I had seen on Pinterest and he knocked it out of the park!). I got natural pink/white ombré with a matte top coat. Love it! Our family of 4 went to this nail spa on a rainy Saturday. I called ahead to make our reservation and they went out of their way to get us an appointment for 4 at the same time. The experience was comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable all around. We were offered beverages and help setting up the massage chairs. This is a excellent nail salon! It's very clean in appearance and the nail technicians are sanitary in their techniques. The staff was welcoming and eager to assist. Their prices and offerings are comparable to other nail salons in the area. Complimentary beverages including sodas, juice, water, tea, and wine are offered while you enjoy your manicure/pedicure. Went in and it was very organized and I had high hopes. The mani went great everyone was fairly nice. I got SNS and a toe polish. Every color has SNS, gel and normal color. Two days after I got them done I got a terrible infection in my nail. I went to the dermatologist and they said I needed an oral antibiotic and a cream. It hurts pretty bad I would say. I am led to believe that this place isn't sterile and doesn't clean their tools well. I will not return. read more
