He then blamed me for him not completing the job after I asked for the payout for the missing parts. The insurance company did grant my payout, and I completed the truck myself. They installed broken parts, couldnt gets some parts and didnt inform me, and missed 5 push pins. These people are a joke and shouldnt be in the automotive business. I suggest talking your vehicles down by the dells.

I knew of an old family friend nearby, but I also knew that it would be a while before we got our car back, so I started searching the Internet locally and found Precision Collision in Westfield. Impressed by their website and the looks of their shop, I figured they had to be doing something right. I was even more impressed when the Geico damage inspector in Stevens Point knew this fellow by name and said, "oh, yeah, they do great work!". SInce the Sequoia is my wife's car, I was worried about a loaner car as well. Our vehicle was scheduled for work on a specific day, my wife was given a very nice late model VW as a loaner and we were told when the car would be ready. And it was ready, exactly when we were told it would be. And it was done beautifully, and the price was exactly as quoted. All OEM parts were used whenever possible as well. You can't ask for much more than that. Highly recommended.
