My family and I have been repeat customers over the last several years and we have generally been pleased. However, my most recent experience was extremely disappointing, and I will not be returning. My vent was accidently broken during the cleaning process, and while I understand that accidents happen, and that's to be expected from time to time in the course of doing business, the problem was the way this was handled - or - not handled, for that matter. The owner, Gary, was unwilling to pay for the damage to get the vent repaired. I did get an estimate for the part and labor (from a Mitsubishi mechanic), and sadly, the owner was unwilling to do the right thing. He suggested "YouTubing" the repair and doing it himself, and I just wasn't comfortable with the idea of him tearing my dash apart himself. I thought it would be best for a mechanic, with the tools, skills, and experience, to complete the repair. In the end, Gary refused to reimburse me for the cost of the part and repair - and I cannot recommend G Detailing, nor will my family and I be doing business with them in the future.

Next morning, got a call from Unique Auto Groom, they had neglected to put my personal belongings back in my car.... including an infant carseat. Upon inspection, there were multiple places on the seats that still showed fingerprints and dirt. The carpet in the driver seat is dirty, and not even vacuumed thoroughly. The blue dye from blue jeans that rubs off on leather seats, well they told me that never comes off. I used some Armour All Leather Conditioner, and behold the blue came off! Now they want me to bring the car back in another day for touch up, which means another lyft fare when I drop it off and another to pick it up. Not to mention another day without my transportation for work. So, so disappointing.

I was told my coach would look "showroom" when they were finished. A crew of three guys showed up. They were very nice. But it ended there. We left for a little while. When we returned, they had finished our motorhome and we're washing the 5th wheel. Our motorhome looked terrible. Water spots everywhere. Streaks and a film all over our coach. I don't know what they used, but it left a terrible film all over it. After spending $4500 for a ceramic coating and paint correction, I told them I didn't want to see any water spots. They assured me there wouldn't be any. I've spent the last two hours trying to wipe off the water spots and film to no avail. The upper part of our coach is still dirty and full of water spots. So, don't waste your money with this business. Now, we'll need to pay a detailer a lot of money to fix what they screwed up.

I came home and cleaned my seats with an at home carpet cleaner. The dirt I pulled out of my seats made the water just dirty brown. I brought it back in and nothing was better. I paid 247.00 to get my car vacuumed and wiped down. Not impressed at All When you expect a professional to clean you car I would think that they would take pride in their work. I should not have to come home and have to clean my own car. I would Never waste my money with them EVER AGAIN.
