I like to service my own vehicles when I can because I know I do it right, but I've brought a few of my vehicles to them so far and they will soon be seeing the rest. Just a warning to anyone planning to use these guys, its probably in your best interest to not trust them. Good, honest mechanics are hard to find so it's maybe not uncommon(unfortunately), but these guys do not come across as honest, and will find things that are not there to fix just to give you invisible charges. They are also very rude, unprofessional and seemingly lacking in experience. After calling around for pricing, asking FB friends for recommendations, etc., I came here based on Yelp reviews. Costco/Mr. Lube doesn't need my money, so as someone who is self-employed, I prefer to patronise small businesses whenever possible! (Btw Costco doesn't pick-up their phone, but it's $50 INCLUDING filter change. Wait is forever + an eternity. Mr. Lube - and other quick-change places - is $50, nothing else included, and apparently you get to sit in your car while they change your oil at break-neck speeds.) PROS: - taken right away without an appointment. This will obviously vary based on your timing - quick service that was done in 15-20mins - waiting room was warm and there was a washroom, TV, electrical fireplace, fridge with drinks, & free WiFi!!! - price - much, much cheaper than Costco/Mr. Lube! - owner, or so I assumed, was very friendly and seems very trustworthy - windshield wiper fluid was topped up, breaks were checked, AND tires were pumped without asking CONS: - just sorta far for me, but it's ok It's something small, but I love the small details like nice waiting area, not to mention topping up fluid, checking breaks, and pumping tires. These actions don't take long to do, but "a little goes a long way"! This was a very positive experience for such an annoying, but necessary errand. Highly recommended! read more

**2017 May update ** Came back today after one year since last visit to switch my summer tires on. Amazing service once again! The switch is done in a short period of time with very reasonable price. Will definitely come back if I have the needs. I went to the store because of Yelp review and it was not bad at all. The service was quick, owner was very friendly. Even though I went in close to the closing time 5 pm they still patiently took care of my car for me. The work station was amazingly clean and bright for an auto repair shop. I had a two leaks coming from the bottom of my Acura TL. Mr.Trong (shop owner) quoted me the most reasonable price between the 2 other shops I visited. I came in needing to replace my Power Steering Rack and Pinion, Mr.Trong pointed out a few other things that I could see were wearing away. He explained why I should fix it and the repercussions if I left it until later. Great owner, very reasonable prices, extremely clean shop, a renovated waiting room, and even had cold beverages for customers. It wasn't like a dealership, trying to get me to do unnecessary service. Told me what I needed, explained why. Everything I need from a mechanic. I brought my van to see why my front and right signals were not working. I asked to find out the issue and let me know. The guy is very rude and i waited an hour and a half. First he said I have to leave my car there overnight. He never told me this A week ago when I called to book this appointment. He changed the front and left bulbs and asked for $80. I had brandnew bulbs in my glove box and I paid $6 for the pack of two bulbs at Canadian Tire. He never told me the issue and went ahead and changed bulbs. They ripped me off and I am very disappointed. A customer deserves to be treated with integrity and respect or they go elsewhere. There are plenty mechanics around to choose from. I think the reviews in Yelp are all fake or they treat ones they like fairly and females they take advantage of. read more

This is my comment about owner response regarding my review posted before. Owner response was, that small amount of coolant (I think he meant different type of it) will not have negative impact on car's engine. Well according to Streetsville Hyundai technician I was talking to, it might have negative impact by shortening engine life, because it might impair rust inhibitors and of course accelerate rust build-up. It was my primary concern, so I decided to perform coolant flush after unknown coolant was added by T&T service person. Yellow container used not a black one like Hyundai has. Excellent service and auto work, very convenient location to get to as well. I contacted the shop for quotes on winter tires and told them what my budget was. Not only were they able to give me a number of options, but also recommendations on which one would best suit my car. The same for rims as well. I don't know much about cars, so obviously was asking every question possible and they were very quick and patient to responding to me. The whole installation process was very quick as well. I heard a rattling coming from my muffler. My mechanic sold the business and I didn't know where to start looking for an honest and reputable mechanic. I turned to Yelp because people are brutally honest in reviews. Out of many reviewed, T & T Auto came out on top and so I decided to call and see if they could help. I left a message this morning and got a call back within 90 minutes. The owner assured me they could look at it after I got off work. It's in an industrial unit type area. It looks unassuming. Until you walk in the door. A big screen tv, a fireplace and a comfy leather sectional to relax on while you wait. Chargers available for all kinds of electronics which was great for me as I left my car charger in our other vehicle and my battery was getting low. It does not smell like a repair shop. There is a lovely lingering smell of talc. Real plants that are thriving are all around the waiting room. Onto the actual shop floor. SPOTLESS. I'm not even kidding. I've never seen such a clean shop ever. The windows leading to the shop are spotless and you can watch them work on your vehicle. He took my car in, put it up on the hoist and then came to get me to show me the heat shield for the muffler had lost all its bolts and was just hanging there. He assured me they would take care of it. He told me to sit and relax and offered me water. He replaced the bolts and drilled a new hole to make sure it was secured properly. The whole thing took a half hour and he only charged me 30 bucks!! I realise it wasn't a big issue but his labour rate is only 60 an hour! Compare that to all the others! Wonderful place! I'll be heading back next month for an oil change and to get my snow tires removed. Yayyy!!! I've found a new mechanic and thanks to Trong and Tam,it was a pleasure and it was painless! read more

I cannot say enough good things about T&T Auto. I went there based on Yelp and google review, and I was not disappointed. I went for a oil change, and I was greeted by the owner, Mr.T. who did a good job with the oil change at a fair price. But an oil change? Why a big deal with an oil change? wouldn't you agree that - you can see overall quality from a small job someone does for you. Mr. T. took me in to the garage and showed me the Honda synthetic oil and filter he was using for my oil change. I notice the garage was clean, and organized;it was obvious the owner takes pride in his business and cares about the service he is providing. Mr.T took several minutes to offer me suggestions on keeping my car rust proof. You really had to be there to truly appreciate the customer experience I had, but let's just say that I was impressed with shop. This shop is run by a business owner cares about his customers and take pride in this work. It shows. I was so impressed that I asked him about installing HID lights on my Honda, and tomorrow I will be going to T&T again for HID lights installation. I live far from T&T, and there are plenty mechanics shops near me. But why go far? Even a simple thing such as an oil change can be screwed up by unscrupulous and/or negligent mechanic. Trust me, I have seen this happen. Anyhow, I do my research by scouring the internet for service providers that have good reviews. Once in a while, good reviews do not translate to a positive experience. This time the reviews did me good and I am satisfied. I will be giving T&T more work, and spreading the word about this place. Yup, I am a believer in internet consumer justice. I found this place from google reviews and yelp. This is the only place I will take my car! I've had work done on my Subaru here and Tam is really the only one I've dealt with both on the phone or in person but I always see his brother and dad in the back. The lounge is very comfortable, they've got chargers provided for you with a small drink fridge and a large tv with Netflix. They've also got free guest wifi. Not a bad place to pass the time while I want for my car to be serviced! I've always felt like my car was taken care of here. I normally feel nervous doing anything car-related because I don't know much about it, but Tam will explain problems with my car simply and has drawn pictures to help me understand what's going on. He's very helpful in the process. It feels like getting a friend to check out your car, and he guides me on work that in his professional opinion is essential, and let's me know when things are just minor problems. I had a pre-purchase inspection done here recently and Tam took me into the shop to walk me under/all around the car and showed me all the problems he found, and his expertise really became even more apparent, he found very subtle signs of very big and potentially expensive problems, and he explained each thing to me, a layman. He saved me thousands of dollars and the hassle of dealing with a lemon. I didn't end up buying the car thanks to him! I had a close friend recommend I check this place out when I had my check engine light show up on my VW Jetta. I was comforted to know that they really knew a lot about German and import autos. What I was most amazed with was that they SHOWED me what caused the problem. They hoisted the car on one of their lifts and invited me onto the work floor. For the first time I could see what needed to be fixed rather than just taking someone's word for it. They had a brand new part in stock they were going to install and explained why I was having issues. My car was fixed and I know I saved a ton of cash vs. going to a VW dealership. They were honest and walked thru the whole process with me and they weren't pushy and tried to sell me on something I didn't need. I had my tires swapped, tech noticed my studs were crossed threaded from the previous shop which was "tire connection" notified and showed me. After negative experiences at a few garages in Brampton, I finally jumped on Yelp and thought I would check T&T out. What a positive experience. I have now been there twice with my sports car (prior to a near 10,000km road trip) for a maintenance check and a persistent problem with my truck that two Brampton garages had failed to acknowledge was an issue (which was absurd - the car sounded like a blender was going off near one of the wheels as you drove). For the maintenance check the owner took me out under the car and showed me all the suspension parts being solid and he brought me under with a flashlight to see the status of the breaks. No recommended repairs - only fluid swap. Have since taken the trip to/from California and no issues at all. For the truck repair - he took a two minutes drive with me and figured it out in about 30 seconds (relieved - but frustrated about the other garages). I was worried about some other repair I had been told I would need that would be super expensive. He showed me that this was misinformation from the last garage and that the part they said "must be swapped" was not on the maintenance calendar at all (e.g. A temporary belt was replaced in my model with a permanent chain). Saved me probably $500. For the first time in nearly a year my truck feels like how it drove when I first bought it. Can't praise these people more. Comfortable waiting area with a big screen tv and couches. Mini-fridge with pop and water. Good people, fair prices, and laid back. Everyone there has been super pleasant. This place has provided the most amazing customer service I've gotten in a while! They definitely go above and beyond for their customers. I went to T&T Auto for an oil change on April 9th, 2018. They topped up my fluids and did a general check on the vehicle. Everything was good on the drive home. Unfortunately, the next morning while driving to work (located in Oakville) the engine oil light came on and the engine was making a really awful sound. I called Tam at the shop immediately and he offered to come to my workplace to do a troubleshoot. Turns out the filter that was replaced had a defect, so he went out and got a new filter to replace for me. He notified me that he would drive it around a bit to ensure everything was good, turns out he actually went and got my car detailed (inside AND out)! This type of customer service is extremely rare and I definitely recommend everyone to come here to get their car serviced. Will definitely be back! read more

After hearing a noise from my car not knowing where it was coming from, I quickly started looking at places online that I can run over during my lunch. I found T&T Auto just through a random search and I kept see great reviews, I called and they accommodated me right away, they were able to tell me what the noise was and they would be able to fix it same day! - (This was almost nearly impossible with other auto repair shops and even the dealership) Their pricing was great, they use dealer parts as well and are very professional. I visited T&T Auto today and I felt so compelled to write about my experience. The reviews are all true, this body shop is great. I came in needing my headlight bulbs replaced. I had called earlier for a quote and they gave me pricing that was more than 50% less than what the dealership was going to charge me. I have never been to such a clean and comfortable auto shop waiting area. They have a mini fridge stocked with waters, Netflix, and the couch had all the phone charging cables you would ever need. Tao helped me the whole time. He was super nice and had me out in less than 20 minutes! Being a girl, my whole life that I've ever needed to take my car to a body shop, I always felt like I was being taken advantage of because of my gender. I did not feel that way today. Tao brought back the dead headlights to the desk, and showed me the packaging with the new bulbs he installed. I will be back soon for an oil change, and I'm so glad I found T&T Auto. read more

Great service! This place is an easy access from the highway. My first impression when walking in was how spacious the place is. It's clean and the staffs there were very professional. I need to get my oil change done, I forgot to make an appointment but they were happy to slot me in. The oil change was done very quick! I'm used to waiting long hours to just get an oil change done, but that wasn't the case here. The price is reasonable and they even gave me a sticker to put on my window to remind me when my next oil change is due. It's hard to remember little things like that! It's good to have a reminder! TNT made my appointment over a month in advance. Told me it would take 3-5days to do my repair. I dropped my truck off on the 20th (as per scheduled appointment) I never got the first phone call about my truck. 5 days later no phn call. 8 days later I went to TNT, the new girl at the desk, when asked why it's taking so long she said they were waiting for insurance to pay..Allstate paid on the 4th day!! So long story short they blamed everyone else for them taking so long to do repairs, at the end of the day they cant explain why it took longer than their estimate..I had to pay 2 days on rental..no phone call about my vehicle..my husband and I had to go there in person..they said it wld be ready to pick up on the 28th that evening or first thing on the 29th..unfortunately they were closed when I got off work on 28th.so I picked up first thing on 29th..I paid, did no get a receipt..and my insurance said it TNT could explain why it took longer than the original 3_5 days. Then there...u would pay for rental..I guess once TNT got their money they dont care about anything else.. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I brought my Matrix in, to get tires swapped in preparation for the winter. Tao went above and beyond, to walk me through (literally) the condition of my brake pads, and rust forming on my wheel, as well as provide a detailed overview of how he was going to mitigate it. What I appreciated the most was how transparent Tao was about everything, and how personalized the service felt. I really care about forming a genuine rapport with my mechanic, and to be honest, I've never experienced such a positive experience at a car shop, as I did with Tao and his team. The amazing wait area, with windows that peer into the pristine garage is icing on the cake. T&T Auto is going to be very successful at their Mississauga location, I know it.
