Can't recommend this place enough. It's a bit hard to find at first, it almost looks like you have driven to the wrong place- but if you drive allll the way to the back of the lot you will find the little shop. The man who works there is awesome and got me in right away without an appointment. He even filled up my low tires without me asking- he saw my low tire signal. Suuuper nice! Great smog station. Perfect location in Oceanside and easy to pull in to the big parking area. It's a little hard to see where it is- the entrance is actually on Morse Street right by the intersection with the 101. There are two great coffee places at that intersection:) T and T is the best type of professionalism and also courteous, efficient and the work is done when promised. They may be busy because they have lots of loyal customers and are open when many other shops are closed around the holidays etc. So coming a bit later in the morning or even a bit after noon can be good. But no matter what it's a great place. We brought two cars in for smog testing today and they have a discount for the second which was awesome and unexpected. Good businesses value their customers and offer value and great service and T and T does exactly that. read more

This will be my only spot for my smog checks. $50 for Toyota Tundra which is $25 cheaper than another place that was too busy for me over on Oceanside Blvd. Not to mention no line and dude was done in 20 minutes. Super nice guy. I agree the place was a bit hard to find because I've lived here all my life and had an address but still struggled to find. I wish I could give this place 6 Stars! I drive by at least a half a dozen other smog shops to come to T & T. Hai is the only person that smogs my cars. I used to be a coupon hunter and drive to the shops in Vista on Emerald, and on South Santa Fe and on Oceanside Boulevard. Once I had Hai smog one of my cars, I stopped looking for coupons. He is very competitively priced, extremely friendly and very fast. What more would you want! I drop off my car, and go on a half hour walk, and he is always finished by the time I get back. read more

Second time using this location. They always get you in quickly, the price is right and the owner is very courteous.

The guy tried to tell me my catalytic converter was the wrong one which was false and also tried to tell me someone welded the number on the bottom of the canister which after looking at it the welds were clearly from a factory. He lied to me to be able to close his shop early, I would highly not recommend anyone go to this joke of a smog shop, the guy does not know what he is doing and is clearly just trying to make money. read more
