I keep forgetting to write this something but this is the only smog shop I go to. Jorge is always professional, friendly, and willing to answer any questions I have. I have multiple cars and he is the only one I trust for a reasonable price. He never turns me away for just showing up and walking in, I might have to wait a little bit but always gets the job done. Building is always clean and has plenty of seating and something on the tv. Dropped in to smog my car after my wife shared her excellent experience. Arrive to meet a friendly, polite, smiling Jorge. They've got a large board detailing the costs should you wish to review prior to speaking with anyone there. Great value, upfront listing of fees. Took a minute to fill out my name and address, and Jorge presented a copy of the invoice to be paid after the smog check was completed. Probably took no more that 20-30 minutes to smog my 2016 Accord. Throughout the time relaxed in the large waiting area and can attest to the patience Jorge had with the folks that arrived after me. Checking out, Jorge took the time to explain the electronic time it takes for the DMV to receive the certificate as well if you're a AAA member it can be even faster to register.
